BreyerFest 2020 Celtic Fling A Virtual BreyerFest
BreyerFest 2020 was moved to a Virtual BreyerFest due to a global pandemic. The tickets went on sale on January Third and in April, it was announced that it would be moved to a Virtual event. In this file, you will find all of the information that we have up to date that has been released from Breyer starting with Tickets and ending with what you might experience. Let’s dive right into it!
*Tickets- The types and what they offering
There are three types of tickets for BreyerFest 2020, Three Day Tickets, Single Day Tickets, and the Celebration Ticket. Tickets are limited supply,
Three Day Ticket: The three day tickets are the highest value for your money, especially the Adult ticket. Both Child and Adult tickets allow you to purchase models and access the raffles and the other events. The Adult tickets will also include special benefits as well.

What is included in the Single Day Ticket: $17.00
*One GAMBLER’S CHOICE stablemate model (Gambler’s Choice means that you are NOT able to choose your model, it is a surprise until it arrives.)
*Access to the virtual BreyerFest content on the day that you choose, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
*Access to the Breyer Store and the Fling! Pop Up Shop
*Access to Raffles (More information coming soon)
*Access to interviews and performances by the Guest Horses
*Access to virtual Workshops and Seminars

Shipping:
*Domestic US: Free
*Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii: $10 per time that you check out
*International: $25 per time that you check out
Refunds:
Bought your tickets before April 13th and now you do not want to participate in the virtual event? *Contact Breyer Customer Service before JUNE 1st.
*Parking Pass and Lounge Access are Automatically Refunded, you do not need to do anything unless the refund has not come in.
Special Runs:
The Special Runs for this virtual BreyerFest will run a lot like the BreyerFest of normal. There are a few changes, so make sure to read all of this and even go to the FAQs on Breyer’s website.
*On the week of JUNE 1st, you will receive an email to the account that purchased your tickets that has a list for you to submit the Special Run models in your order of preference. This does NOT guarantee that you will get your top models, but it gives the Breyer employees a base of where to start. This list needs to be returned NO LATER THAN June 15th.
*Ticket holders in EACH time slot will be placed in a random order and models will be allocated based on that order and your model preferences that you sent in the month before.
*If you do NOT send in your Preference List, models will be randomly selected for you
*You do NOT have to purchase the models that are selected for you
*Each Three Day Ticket allows you to purchase up to two Special Runs
*If you have more than one three day ticket, you are able to send a master list or a list of preferences for each ticket.
*When your time slot is ready, you will be able to log into that page on the website, receive an email, and be able to purchase the Special Runs that were chosen for you. You will NOT be able to change the models that were selected for you. You can check your time slot by logging into your account, going to your Account Details page, and scrolling down to where you see where you purchased your ticket.
*You have up to 24 hours to purchase your tickets.
Odd and Ends of Ticket Purchasing and Sales:
*The accounts that purchased the tickets are the only accounts that can participate
*If you do not have a ticket, you cannot purchase any models and have very limited access
*Tickets bought secondhand are NOT valid, only the account that purchased the tickets can access the events
*Tickets will NOT be mailed out
*International Participants will receive a bonus pack that includes: Travel Mug, Celtic Fling Tote, $10 coupon for BreyerFest swag, access to the Warehouse Grab Bags, and more!
*ALL TICKET HOLDERS HAVE ACCESS TO THE BREYER STORE AND THE FLING! POP UP SHOP MODELS, THIS INCLUDES THE STORE SPECIALS
*Models in the shops are replaced all weekend long. They might sell out one day, but will be restocked the next day
Raffles:
More information is still coming about the raffles, however this is what we know so far:
*International participants cannot participate sadly
*All ticket types, as long as they are in the Continental US, are eligible to enter for the raffles
*International Members were eligible for the Early Bird Raffle
“Live” Model Horse Show:
*Open to Continental US Residents ONLY
*Price is $50 for Halter, Halter and Performance is $60, and just Performance is $25
*Last day to register is June 15th 2020
*All entrants receive a 25 percent discount on orders of $100 or more from Breyerhorses.com on regular run items only

*There will be NO children’s or youth show, but there will be special seminars for them
*Full tables will be automatically refunded
BreyerFest 5K
*Yes, it is still happening
*Race Day is July 12th
*You must run and submit your time on July 12th to be eligible for the prizes
*You must sign up in advance
*All participants will receive a medal

Workshops:
*All Three Day Ticket holders will have access to the virtual Three day Ticket workshops that will be available all weekend long.
*The virtual workshops are NOT the same as the ones that were to be offered on site.
*The 2020 Workshop has been entirely rolled over to 2021
*If you were signed up for a workshop in 2020, you were sent an email to roll over your entry into the workshop to 2021. This MUST be returned by June 1st.
*All ticket holders, three day and single day, will have access to the virtual seminars and the Equus Film Festival.
International Participants:
*Includes Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska
*Cannot participate in the Raffles or the “Live” Show
*Must pay a flat rate of shipping for each time that they check out
*Cannot participate in Auctions
*This is due to a law, not Breyer
*Will receive a special package of gifts in compensation
Auctions:
More information on this will be coming soon as it has NOT been released just yet.
*Will be available to Domestic US residents only
Best Customs Contest:
*Has four Divisions: Excellence in Finish Work, Fantasy, Most Extreme Custom, and Best Custom for Performance (Must have tack and a rider). There is also a Theme Class while is Pairs Well Together.
*Photos must be submitted NO later than Thursday June 11th at 11:59 PM EDT
*Work on the model must be done by the entrant and no one else, unless it is the tack and rider for the Performance Class
*You are only able to send four photos of your finished model and an optional in progress photo to the email address
*Top three potential finalists will be chosen on July 1st
*Judging will be Friday July 10th and winners will be announced on the Breyer Website
*Prizes will be mailed to the winners, no one else
*Open to US Residents ONLY

Diorama Contest:
Not all of the information has been released on the Diorama contest, but rest assured that as soon as it is, we will update this.
*Must depict Celtic Mythology or Early History of Great Britain or Ireland (300 BCE -1300 BCE)
*One entry per person, three day ticket holders ONLY
*All entries must be made by the person that is submitting the entry, no exceptions
*Entries will be accepted virtually only

Differences Between The Models available at BreyerFest:
While we have an album that shows this in pictures, it will also be included here
*Special Runs are limited edition models that are created for the event, are only able to be purchased with a Special Run Ticket, and their names fit the event.
*Store Special Models are portrait models of horses that have been invited to BreyerFest and have their image made into model form
*Fling! Pop Up Store models are event themed models only. This is usually a Classic, a Plushie, a Crystal, and a Stablemate. They all are themed directly to the event with their colors and have names that pertain to the event.
*Warehouse Finds are models that are found in their warehouse or offices and are gathered up for BreyerFest. These models can be older Special Runs, Previous Club models, Prize models that were left over, and more. It can be a little bit of everything.
*Auction Models are one of a kind models that were either test runs, created for a certain event and never made it, or created to see if a color would work. These models are only available to Three Day Ticket holders and are usually very high priced.
*Silent Auction Models are models that are either painted by artists or even from Breyer themselves that are available to bid on during BreyerFest weekend
*Raffle Models are limited models that are only available during the different types of raffles, such as the Three Day Early Bird raffle, the Saturday Raffle, and the Sunday raffle.
