 Purchasing Your BreyerFest Tickets- A Guide

Purchasing your BreyerFest Tickets can be confusing, especially this year since they have added different rules than they normally have and because the different tickets each offer something different. If you are new to BreyerFest, then you can be really confused. However, please allow this small Guide to help you through the confusion. Each ticket will be described below and how to purchase them will be below as well. Please check out the Guides for more detailed information on everything BreyerFest (the Direct Link is in EVERY Morning Feed). Workshops and other Ticket Add Ons are NOT available at this time.

Purchasing ALL BreyerFest Tickets

You NEED to have a Breyer account on the Breyer website. This is a FREE account that you can create in order to access the virtual content for BreyerFest. If you are purchasing BreyerFest Tickets for other people in your group, you do not need separate accounts unless they are not going to be with you and want to experience the virtual content. You can purchase as many tickets on your account as you want, there are no limits to that. There are limits to how many tickets that you can purchase per transaction.

Purchasing VIP Tickets

Purchasing the VIP Ticket is completely different than purchasing any other BreyerFest Ticket on the Breyer website. This ticket is the ONLY ticket that will allow you to select and purchase your two Special Runs in advance of BreyerFest. It is also the ONLY ticket that allows you to select and purchase two of the Limited Editions in advance of BreyerFest. When you purchase this ticket, you will be paying the base price of $240 PLUS the cost of the two Special Runs and the two Limited Editions at the time of ticket purchase, so that $240 price will be over $500 at checkout. When on the ticket purchasing page on the Breyer website, you will need to select the evening of the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance- either Friday or Saturday (they are both crowded, but the show is highly recommended). You will need to select the two Special Runs from the drop down menu that you want. You will need to select the Limited Editions from the drop down menu that you want. Then you will push Add To Cart. From there, click on the cart in the corner of the website and purchase your VIP Ticket. Make sure that you examine that everything is how you want it to be- the models that you select are correct, that your address is correct, and things like that. You will be paying Tax, where applicable, on BreyerFest Tickets, however shipping is free as long as you do not add any other merchandise to your cart. You can purchase up to two VIP Tickets in one transaction.

*If you want to purchase two VIP Tickets at the same time, but do not want exact duplicate models for each ticket, then please follow the process above twice before actually paying for your tickets. Two VIP Tickets will be over $1000 at check out.

Purchasing All Access Tickets

Purchasing an All Access Ticket is a LOT easier than purchasing a VIP Ticket. With the All Access Ticket, you will NOT be selecting any Special Runs or Limited Editions at the time of ticket purchase. This ticket allows you to purchase two Special Runs per ticket purchased. You will be purchasing the models at the event and using the Special Run Preference List LATER in the year to rank the Special Runs in the order that you like them. There will be a LOT more on that List later. When you go to the Ticket Purchasing page on the Breyer website and select the All Access Ticket, you will need to make sure that you click on the Parking Pass, if you need one. This is the only way to purchase a Parking Pass. It is $13. You will need to select an evening for the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance (either is fine- it all depends on what you want.) Once you have selected those two things, you will click Add To Cart. You are able to add up to six of these tickets into your cart at the same time, if you want to buy that many. From there, you will click on the cart in the corner of the page and go to the cart. Make sure that all of your information is correct, that you have added One Parking Pass and have selected your evening for the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance. If everything is correct, your address is correct, and everything looks right, pay for your ticket. Shipping is free, but you will need to pay for Tax, where applicable. All Access Tickets are $90 per ticket.

Purchasing General Access Tickets

Purchasing a General Access Ticket is easy since you do not need to worry about Special Runs at all. You are NOT able to purchase Special Runs with this ticket. You will be able to purchase Limited Editions AT BreyerFest with this ticket. When you go to the Ticket Purchasing page on the Breyer website and select this ticket, you will need to select the evening for the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance. You will need to click on the box, if you want a Parking Pass for $13. There is NO other way to get a Parking Pass from the Breyer website. Once you have selected those two things, you will click Add To Cart. You are able to add up to six of these tickets into your cart at the same time, if you want to buy that many. From there, you will click on the cart in the corner of the page and go to the cart. Make sure that all of your information is correct, that you have added One Parking Pass and have selected your evening for the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance. If everything is correct, your address is correct, and everything looks right, pay for your ticket. Shipping is free, but you will need to pay for Tax, where applicable. General Access Tickets are $30 per ticket.

Purchasing Online Traditional Access Tickets

Purchasing an Online Traditional Access Ticket is a LOT easier than purchasing a VIP Ticket. With the All Access Ticket, you will NOT be selecting any Special Runs or Limited Editions at the time of ticket purchase. This ticket allows you to purchase one Special Run per ticket purchased. You will be purchasing the models at the event and using the Special Run Preference List LATER in the year to rank the Special Runs in the order that you like them. There will be a LOT more on that List later. When you go to the Ticket Purchasing page on the Breyer website and select the All Access Ticket, you will need to select an evening for the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance (either is fine- it all depends on what you want.) Once you have selected that one thing, you will click Add To Cart. You are able to add up to six of these tickets into your cart at the same time, if you want to buy that many. From there, you will click on the cart in the corner of the page and go to the cart. Online Traditional Access Tickets are $60 per ticket.

Purchasing an Online Stablemate Access Ticket

Purchasing an Online Stablemate Access Ticket is easy since you do not need to worry about Special Runs at all. You are NOT able to purchase Special Runs with this ticket. You will be able to purchase Limited Editions AT BreyerFest with this ticket. When you go to the Ticket Purchasing page on the Breyer website and select this ticket, you will need to select the evening for the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance. Once you have selected the evening, you will click Add To Cart. You are able to add up to six of these tickets into your cart at the same time, if you want to buy that many. From there, you will click on the cart in the corner of the page and go to the cart. Make sure that all of your information is correct, that you have selected your evening for the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance. If everything is correct, your address is correct, and everything looks right, pay for your ticket. There are NO physical, but you will need to pay for Tax, where applicable. Online Stablemate Access Tickets are $25 per ticket.

Other Ticket Questions

Can I stay with my kid? Yes. You will be able to go with your kid, no matter where they go.

Does my child and I need the same Ticket type? No.

Can I go with my child to the Workshops? Yes, there will be a section where you can sit and watch them. You cannot interfere with them, unless requested by the teacher.

Can I go through lines with them? Yes, however if they are the VIP Ticket Holder (meaning that they are wearing the VIP Wristband) they are the ONLY person that is able to pick up the models from the tent.

Do Workshops cost extra? Yes. Their prices range, but we do not know what the prices will be until they are actually released later in the year.

What is the age range for Workshops? It is highly recommended for ages 8 and above. If your child is younger than 8, there are many other activities at BreyerFest that are more suitable for them, including Stablemate Painting and the Celebration Park- both of which are FREE.

How many tickets can I buy? As many as you want. There are limits only to how many that you can purchase at one time. These limits are: Two VIP Tickets at one time, 6 All Access Tickets at one time, 6 General Access Tickets at one ticket, 6 Online Traditional Access at one time, and 6 Online Stablemate Access Tickets at one time.
