BreyerFest Second Chance Sale Information

Tomorrow, Tuesday September 28th, is the day of the Second Chance Sale.

The Sale will start at or around 11:00AM EDT and will be open to VIP Ticket Holders only. You will be able to purchase one Special Run Model from the selection that is still available. There will also be a selection of Limited Edition Models and BreyerFest Merchandise.

There is some confusion that I want to try to clear up before the Sale happens: In previous correspondences, Breyer had stated that this sale would be open first to VIP Ticket Holders and then be open to all Ticket Holders. However, in the email, it does not state anything about other ticket holders. As of the writing of this message, there has been no other information posted on clarification of this. I am going to go ahead and state that it will definitely be VIP for at the very least 24 hours and then if there is anything available after that, it might be opened up to other ticket holders. However, I could very well be wrong because Breyer does love to show me that I do not know everything quite often.

We do not know exactly how this sale will start, such as a link emailed to the VIP Ticket Holders or just a link on the website.

This sale is for VIP Ticket Holders due to several reasons that I will not be going into currently, however this is their attempt to fix some of the issues that happened during BreyerFest shipping. Please do not comment on what went wrong, how it could have been different, etc.

There was a sentence in the email that said that you could purchase one Special Run Model from the available ones shown on the Collections Page. We are speculating that they mean the Exclusive Models page on the Breyer website. The infographic that they sent with the email does not have a photo of Pollock or Uffington on it, so there is speculation that they will not be available, however keep in mind that Breyer is absolutely notorious for not including all of the models on a photo for their sales.

Good Luck!

FAQs

*When do tickets go on sale?  After the first of the year, we will know more about when the tickets will be officially on sale, their prices, and what types of tickets that will be offered this year.

*Who is the Celebration Horse?  Nikolas, a buckskin German Riding Pony on a brand new Brigette Eberl sculpt.

*When do we find out what the Special Runs are?  Every model released for BreyerFest is done so in a gradual sort of release.  In 2021, everything was released early in order to accommodate the VIP Ticket Sales.  We do not know yet how the tickets will work out and once we know that information, we will know when the Special Runs will be released.

*Will this be an in person or a virtual event?  BreyerFest 2022 is a hybrid event.  That means that this event will be both in person and virtual.  At the current time, we do not know exactly what each type of event will hold.

*Breyer stated that there will always be a virtual component to BreyerFest from now on, what do they mean by that?  Breyer stated back in 2020 that BreyerFest will always have a virtual component to it from now on.  BreyerFest 2022 will be the very first of its kind, a hybrid event, so we will be learning as we go another year.  But rest assured that from now on, BreyerFest will always have a virtual component.

*Why is your information for both an in person and a virtual event?  Without knowing what type of event will be held for BreyerFest 2022, I made the decision to include both options in the Guides and the Files so that we would all be ready, no matter what type of event is held.

*If BreyerFest 2022 is in person, where can I stay?  The best hotels are listed here in the group under the Guides.  However, Breyer will also release a list of hotels that they partner with after the first of the year.  These hotels include the Clarion, Glo, and many more in the Lexington, Ky area. Many members here in the group will recommend their favorites and some will definitely tell you which ones to avoid.  Personally, I live close to the park so I am absolutely no help in knowing which hotels are clean and nice.

*If BreyerFest is virtual, do you think the shipping issues will be resolved?  Sadly, all that we can do on that one is to wait and see what happens with the rest of the year.  The whole shipping issue caused a sour taste in the mouths of many collectors and attendees, so we will need to wait and see what happens with next year.

*If BreyerFest is in person, how does the Special Run Line work?  Well, we really need to wait and see what type of event it will be first, however here is the run down on how it has worked until 2020:  When you purchased your Three Day BreyerFest Tickets, you receive one Special Run Ticket per Three Day Ticket that you bought.  If you purchased one Three Day Ticket, you got one Special Run Ticket, two Three Day Tickets got two Special Run Tickets, and so on.  These tickets have a day and time on them that is very important.  In 2018 and 2019, we were able to select the day and time that was best for you.  So you could chose from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with times starting at 10 AM EDT and ending at 3 or 4 PM EDT.  If you were not sure which day was best for you, there was an option to allow the computer to choose for you as well.  Once you received your tickets in the mail, you would see this ticket with a date, time, and a number on it.  The day is the day that you would need to go to the Special Run Line.  The time is the time that you need to be there by, actually 15 minutes before that time so that you could hear where you would be in line.  And lastly, the number that tells you where in the line you will be.  There are around 500 to 550 tickets for each Special Run Line time (the number has varied for 2018 and 2019, I have not included 2020 and 2021.) Each ticket is numbered 1 through 500 or 550.  Fifteen minutes before each time slot, the Breyer employee will use a random number generator and pull up the number that will be first in line.  Let’s say that this number is number 150.  Number 150 would be first in line and number 149 would be last in line.  There are number signs that are held up so that you know where to go for your spot in line, your number is the number that is on the Special Run Ticket for that time slot that you purchased with your Three Day Ticket.  Once the line is sorted out, everyone will start to go through the Special Run Tent a few people at a time. There you will be able to select two Special Run models per Special Run Ticket, but you do not have to purchase any at all, if you do not want.  You are not guaranteed these models by Breyer and they can and do sell out quickly, so please keep that in mind.

*If BreyerFest is virtual, how will I buy my Special Runs?  They will likely be done how they were in 2021 and be able to be purchased using the Special Run Preference List. This list is the most like the actual line that any online event can offer.  It still offers a random selection of the models and allows you to tell Breyer your choices.  Breyer will release the Special Run Preference List closer, much closer, to the event and a link will be emailed to you.  If you miss the email or you do not get emails from Breyer, there will be a direct link to Special Run Preference List posted here in the group.

*Where will the information about BreyerFest be posted?  Breyer posts all of their information on the BreyerFest Blog as well as their own FB Group.  However, I take all of those posts and place them here in this blog.  I, then, take that information and simplify it a bit and add it into the blog here so that it is in one place and easy to find.  All of the models released for BreyerFest will be located in the BreyerFest 2022 Models and More album when they are released.

More information will be posted as it is released or we get closer to the event.  Please hold off on asking if the event will be virtual or in person as we only know so far that it will be a hybrid event.  As soon as all of the location information is released, that section will be updated. I am so excited and I hope that you are as well!

Let's Talk BreyerFest....Back To Basics, that is!

Hello Roadies! Let's Talk BreyerFest....Back To Basics, that is!

BreyerFest is in two days! Yes, two days! I sure hope that you are excited! This post will be taking it back to the basics for a bit and as always, please read the Guides as they have all of the answers to every question that I have seen posted so far.

*BreyerFest is this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

*BreyerFest STARTS at 10 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Friday.

*All BreyerFest Times are Eastern Daylight Time

*BreyerFest takes place on Breyer's website

*ALL models go on sale on Friday at 10 AM EDT

*Special Runs for the All Access Ticket Holders will be located under a special banner. No model is automatically added to your cart. You MUST move them there.

*With each All Access Ticket, you receive TWO Special Runs. If you have two All Access Tickets, you receive FOUR Special Runs, etc.

*Limited Editions can sell out of your cart!

*It is recommended to buy your Special Runs separately from your Limited Editions. Why? Breyer said so, lol! However, my thoughts are because the Limited Editions sell out and the Special Runs do not.

*Only THREE Limited Editions are NOT able to be back ordered: Pal's Palette the Plushie, Prisma the Crystal, and Kaleidoscope the Stablemate

*There is NO exact time frame that the Limited Editions will sell out. The variables are just way too much as their numbers have been raised, they are all released at the same time, and there is an unknown amount of tickets sold at the time.

*All of the interviews, demonstrations, Prerecorded Workshops, seminars, etc will be available at any time during the weekend.

*Nothing will be recorded, it appears.

*We do not yet know if BreyerFest will be available after BreyerFest

*The Workshops are for VIP and All Access Ticket Holders ONLY

*There are Seminars and a selection of last year's Workshops available for ALL TICKET HOLDERS. We do not know which Workshops from last year yet.

*Auction bidding is open to all ticket holders and you MUST register to bid on the Auction website. The link is in the Guides.

*The Raffles are free to enter, if you are a US or Canada (excluding Quebec) VIP or All Access Ticket Holder.

*You MUST enter for the Raffle before the announcement of the winners.

*The Live Show results will be posted this weekend.

*The Contest winners will be posted this weekend

*You will be able to see all of the Contest entries this year. It will be under the Contest Entries Tile

*The Artisan's Gallery is a collection of links under the Artisan's Gallery Tile

*The Marketplace is a collection of links under the Marketplace Tile.

*The Live Broadcast on Breyer's Website runs from 10 AM EDT to 4 PM EDT on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

*The Celebration of Horses Evening Performance airs on Friday at 6 PM EDT and then is on demand the rest of the weekend

Let's Talk BreyerFest...Shopping Details, that is!

Hello Roadies! Let's Talk BreyerFest...Shopping Details, that is!

There has been a lot of confusion surrounding the Shopping aspect of BreyerFest and that is perfectly alright, everything has changed this year! *Special Runs do NOT sell out of your cart.
*You have all weekend, until 4 PM EDT on Sunday, to purchase the Special Runs so there is no hurry.
*You do not have to purchase any of the Special Runs selected for you or you can only purchase one. Buying models during BreyerFest is strictly up to you.
*Special Runs will be available to purchase starting at 10 AM EDT on Friday, no earlier.
*Limited Editions go on sale starting Friday at 10 AM EDT.
*Limited Editions can sell out of your cart!
*All of the Limited Editions will be released at the same time
*There are only three Limited Editions that CANNOT be back ordered. They are Pal's Palette the Plushie, Prisma the Crystal, and Kaleidoscope the Stablemate

*You can only purchase one of each available kind of Limited Edition at a time.
*It is recommended to purchase your Limited Editions separately from your Special Runs.
*The Limited Editions and the BreyerFest Merchandise will be located under the BreyerFest Store Tile on the BreyerFest section of the Breyer website.

Let's Talk BreyerFest... Grab Bags versus Warehouse Finds, that is!

Hello Roadies! Let's Talk BreyerFest... Grab Bags versus Warehouse Finds, that is!

I know, I hear you now, Rachel, you were taking a night off. Yes, yes I was, however this is really important because a lot of people are very confused on this and that is perfectly fine because this year, it is confusing! So what is the difference and where can you find them? Let's get into this!

First, let's talk about the Grab Bags. These curated Grab Bags will be available during BreyerFest and they will be located in the BreyerFest Store, under the BreyerFest Store Tile. We know this much because Breyer has said so. However, there are some great educated guesses that we can make before Friday at 10 AM EDT. There will be assorted prices, but we do not know what they will be yet. There will likely be different kinds of them, like one for previous BreyerFests (totally just an example!), but we do not know yet. They likely will not restock since nothing else is restocking, however this could be the only thing that they restock in the store. We will know exactly all of the information on Friday though. Are they worth is? That is only a question that you can answer! No one knows exactly what is in these BLIND Grab Bags. They are like giant and expensive Blind Bags. People can tell you what was in them last year, but that does not really help with what will be in them this year. Do you take the risk? I know that I am going to try! I was unable to get one last year so I need to conquer this!

Warehouse Finds are different than the Grab bags, although Breyer stated that there would be a Warehouse Grab Bag. The Warehouse Grab Bag would be lumped in with the Grab Bags in the paragraph above and is not part of the Warehouse Finds unless Breyer places on in there. These models will be on eBay and their links, which will be live on Friday at 10 AM EDT, will be under the eBay Tile on Breyer's website. These models are the older Limited Editions from the website and Holiday Models, the older Club horses, Special Runs sometimes, or even first production pieces. They are individually placed on eBay and they will be available for auction. Breyer could surprise us and add in the Grab Bag. We will not know any of the specifics until BreyerFest though.

So that is the difference between the Grab Bags and the Warehouse Finds. I hope that this has helped you some.

Let's Talk BreyerFest...Details, that is!

Hello Roadies! Let's Talk BreyerFest...Details, that is!

There are a lot of details to remember about BreyerFest and it can get crazy confusing! But just remember that the group is here to help you! Definitely check out all of the Guides as they will tell you when things go on sale, how much things will cost, and what to expect. Make sure to check out the BreyerFest 2021 Models and More album for pictures of the models released, their prices, and pages from the program.

Here are some key points to remember:

*You will need to log in every day. When you log in, you will be taken to your Account Details page so you will need to click on the Breyer icon at the top center of the page to be taken to the main page. Then you will see a banner that says enter BreyerFest. Click on that to be taken to the BreyerFest section.

*All models available for sale go on sale on Friday July 16th at 10 AM EDT. They will be located in the BreyerFest Store.

*You will need to read the terms and conditions for the Raffle before entering as we do not know if there are exclusions to the statement that VIP and All Access Ticket Holders that live in the US and Canada may enter.

*The Auctions are going on now, but will be announced Live on Sunday, July 18th.

*The program has all of the times that the Live events will happen.

*As of right now, nothing will remain on the website after BreyerFest.

*The Live Workshops will not be recorded.

*The Horse Tours will not be recorded and you must register for them on Friday, July 16th.

*All BreyerFest times are EDT or Eastern Daylight Time. This is the only time zone referred to during BreyerFest.

Let's Talk BreyerFest... Planning and Details, that is!

Hello Roadies! Let's Talk BreyerFest... Planning and Details, that is!

By now, I am sure that you have seen the news. RTB is changing names. That change is not going to affect how the group is ran. I am still going to be here to answer your questions, clear up BreyerFest information, and opens me up to do so much more! I am very excited about this change and I pray that you are as well! There will be more details coming soon about this small change, but just know that this was absolutely not an easy decision. But I think that all of you Roadies will be extremely happy with this change! However, you are not here for that, you are here for the Details! So let's go into them!
So BreyerFest is virtual this year and it takes place on Breyer's website. There will be models to buy, videos to watch, and so very much more!
*Tickets are still on sale. These are the General Admission and the Premium Access Tickets.
*You absolutely need to have a ticket to participate in BreyerFest.
*BreyerFest is July 16, 17, and 18
*All BreyerFest times are in Eastern Daylight Time.
*BreyerFest starts on Friday at 10 AM EDT and ends on Sunday at 4 PM EDT.
*Technically BreyerFest does not end on Friday and Saturday evening, however the Live feed will end and the demonstrations from the Kentucky Horse Park will be available to watch.
*Limited Edition Models are available to all Ticket Holders. They go on sale Friday July 16 at 10 AM EDT and will not restock during the weekend. All models will be available at this time. Keep in mind that there are much more than the normal 1000 models available so they should not sell out instantly. Also note that several models are available to back order during the event.
*Special Runs, available to All Access Ticket Holders, will be ready to purchase at 10 AM EDT on Friday July 16th. They will be located under the Buy Your Special Runs banner after you log into BreyerFest. You will need to move these models to your cart to purchase them. They cannot be sold out of your cart like the Limited Edition Models can be. You have until Sunday at 4 PM EDT to purchase these models or you will lose them. You do not have to purchase them, if you do not wish to, but you cannot exchange the models that were selected for your account.
*Workshops will be available all weekend long, The Prerecorded Workshops will be available all weekend long, no matter the time. The Live workshops have a schedule that is posted in the Guides, these were the workshops that you needed to pay for in advance.
*Raffles are available to VIP and All Access Ticket Holders Only. The complete terms and conditions will be posted on the Raffles Page during BreyerFest.
*The Auctions are open to all ticket holders and are currently accepting bids until Sunday July 18th.
*The Seminars are free to all ticket holders and are able to be seen all weekend long, unless otherwise noted.
*The interviews with the horses and their owners will be available to view all weekend long, at any time that you want.
*We do not know what will remain after BreyerFest, so I totally recommend sitting down and watching while you can. I plan on all nighters!
I hope that this has helped you some with the small details and I will definitely be here to answer your questions!

Hello Roadies, Let's Talk BreyerFest....the Artisan's Gallery, that is!

Hello Roadies, Let's Talk BreyerFest....the Artisan's Gallery, that is!

I see a lot of questions about the Artisan's Gallery so I am going to try to answer them for you. The Artisan's Gallery is just a collection of links to artist's web pages or galleries in one place. You will be able to click on the tile for Artisan's Gallery on the BreyerFest section of the website and that will open up a page that will show you the links of all of the artists that have registered with Breyer to be there.
Once you click on one of the links, you will be taken to that artist's website or Gallery and you can browse their available sale products or send them a message to ask about what they have to offer.
The Gallery will likely not be up on Breyer's website, however there is a long standing tradition that the Gallery opens up on Thursday, July 15th so we could see that happen as well.
For the artists that have entered into the Gallery, I highly recommend have two devices near you during the event as I hope that sales are high for you! On your website, make sure to list your payment methods and things like that. But you definitely know more about sales than I do, so I will not be describing that!
I hope that this has helped you a little. The Artisan's Gallery is just a collection of links this year that you can visit or bookmark since the page on Breyer's website will not be available after BreyerFest.

Let's Talk BreyerFest.....Shopping, Shipping, and the Auctions, that is!

Hello Roadies! Let's Talk BreyerFest.....Shopping, Shipping, and the Auctions, that is!

Here is the next installment of our Last Minute Details for BreyerFest 2021. This installment will talk about about the updated Shopping information, the Shipping information, and the Auctions.

Breyer released the Shopping information a couple days ago and is not too different than what happened last year. Take that with a grain of salt because it is a lot different actually! This year, Breyer took away the time slots of the Special Runs and is making them all available on Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT to Sunday July 18th at 4 PM EDT. You will see a banner, after you log into the BreyerFest section of the Breyer website, that will tell you to click here to view your Special Run Models. These will be the models that were randomly selected for your account using your Preference List. If you did not fill in a Preference List for any reason, there will still be Special Run Models in that section for you. Remember that Special Runs were available to All Access Ticket Holders using this method. VIP Ticket Holders have already paid for their Special Runs. Once you see which Special Runs were selected for your account, you will need to move them to your cart. If you do not wish to purchase them, you do not have to. You will need to move these Special Runs to your cart and purchase them before the end of BreyerFest on Sunday, if you are going to buy them, or they will be forfeit.

Buying the Limited Edition Models is a lot different this year. Limited Edition Models are available to all Ticket Holders. They will be available for sale in the BreyerFest Store on the Breyer website starting at Friday July 16th at 10 AM EDT. All of the stock will be available at that time and there will be no restocks over the weekend. Several models are available for back order, so you do not need to panic that you will not be getting a model. The best option would be to say which models are not available to be back ordered and those would be Prisma the Crystal, Pal's Palette the Plushie, and Kaleidoscope the Stablemate. If you want one of those three, you will need to purchase the models before the sell out.

BreyerFest Merchandise will also be available during the weekend. This is the tshirts, the mugs, and more. The entire stock will be available starting on Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT. Once they are sold out, they will not be restocking.

Next, we have the Warehouse Finds and the Grab Bags. Remember that these are two completely different things, however Breyer did lump them into the same section during their information post. There are the Warehouse Finds, which are rarer model horses such as the previously released Club horses or first production pieces, and they will be available on eBay. There will be a link to them on the BreyerFest Section of the website and I will definitely share that link. There is also the Grab Bags, which technically include Warehouse Finds as well. These are priced out at a specific price that will be released during BreyerFest. We do NOT know what they will be priced at before the event. They will be available on the website without needing to go to eBay. There is usually a selection in a variety of different prices and they go FAST! We are not sure about the restocks or if there will be any, but as soon as we learn that information, I will update the Shopping and Shipping Guide.

Next, we are moving onto Shipping. While the entire Shipping explanation can be found in the Shopping and Shipping Guide, I am going to go over the basics here. All models purchased during BreyerFest weekend, UNLESS THEY WERE BACK ORDERED, will begin shipping the week after BreyerFest. Event Models, such as the Celebration Horse and the Event Stablemates, will begin shipping this month, unless you purchased the Premium Access ticket. The Celebration Models that are with the Premium Access Tickets will NOT be shipping until late December. VIP Ticket Holders receive Free Shipping all BreyerFest weekend, no matter where you live. This includes everything on the website, unless stated otherwise. If you live in the Domestic US, Shipping is free for you, no matter how many boxes are shipped to you. If you live in Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, shipping is a flat rate of $10 per box shipped to you. You will be charged shipping with each purchase, but many charges will be refunded to you after the event depending on how many boxes that you have heading your direction. If you live Internationally, shipping is a flat rate of $25 per box shipped to you. You will be charged shipping with each purchase, but many charges will be refunded to you after the event, depending on how many boxes that you have heading your direction. International ticket holders could also see Customs fees.

And last for this installment, we have the Auction. Those amazing one of a kind test models speak to everyone and this year, all ticket holders are able to bid on these models! Exact information about how the Auction will work has not been released yet, but the actual Auction will take place on Sunday, July 18th so I think that we will be seeing the information come out during BreyerFest.

Let's Talk BreyerFest...The First of the Last Minute Details, that is!

Hello Roadies! Let's Talk BreyerFest...The First of the Last Minute Details, that is!

Whew! BreyerFest has been a wild ride so far and we are not even to BreyerFest weekend yet! While BreyerFest is a virtual event for this year and everyone is excited to see if next year is an in person event, I ask that you please try to remain positive about it! I know, we all want it back in person, but the virtual type of event has a lot of offer as well.

But right now, I know that you are planning those last minute details and wanting to make sure that everything is just perfect for next weekend. The next few posts in this series will be designed to help you get ready for those last minute details and they will be added to the Let's Talk BreyerFest Guide in the Guide Section of this group.

You will likely make sure that everything on your Breyer account is in place, with tickets purchased and paid for. But wait! Your ticket purchase says Unfulfilled! Oh no! Take a breath and let me remind you that this will say Unfulfilled until the Event models are sent. It might even say Unfulfilled after that as well! The Unfulfilled status is not an accurate way to judge if your ticket has been paid for or that your order has been received. The best thing to do is to click on that order number and it will tell you if the items were paid for and will give you a date that it was paid on. That is all that you need to check. Ignore that Unfulfilled until you get a tracking number from Breyer.

Next, you are going to want to likely go over what models you want to purchase during BreyerFest. My best piece of advice is a little old fashioned. Grab a pen and paper and write down the models that you are looking to get, along with their prices. Do not include the Special Runs this time, this is just for those Limited Editions! On Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT, all of the Limited Editions will be available for purchase on the Breyer website under the BreyerFest Store. The whole stock will be available at this time and there will be no more restocks. However, there are models that can be back ordered once the stock runs out. While those back ordered models will not being shipping until late December, this is a great way to know that you will not be missing those models. However, the plushie, Prisma, and Kaleidoscope are not included in the back orders.

And last, for this post right now, you are going straight towards Raffles. Despite having a few bumps along the way, the Raffles will be for Friday, July 16 and Saturday, July 17. They are available to VIP and All Access Ticket Holders in the US and Canada with a complete terms and conditions released on the Raffle page during BreyerFest. There will likely be some limits on who can register for the Raffles, so please do keep that in mind. Until BreyerFest, we do not know what these limits are though, so please hold off on asking. There will be a dedicated tile for the Raffles so you will not need to hunt it down. Once you click on it, there will be a simple form to fill out, if you are eligible. This form will ask for your name and your email address. That is what was asked for last year, so I am going with that information until the official Raffle page is up and running. You will have until a certain time to enter for the Raffles, so make sure to do that as soon as you log in or after you buy your models. As long as it is before that cut off time and you are eligible, you should be good.

Next time, we will go over shopping, shipping, and the Auction so stay tuned!

Let's Talk BreyerFest...Updated Shopping Information, That Is!

Hello Roadies, Let's Talk BreyerFest... Updated Shopping Information, that is!

So I know, you are all likely going to be like OMG, Rachel, seriously, you did not get it all right. However, I would like to point out that I have not had any help from Breyer this year as they have their own group. But I did get the majority of it right and I will definitely admit where I was wrong as I am going back and changing what I missed. However, here is the new and updated information that Breyer released today.

Special Runs

Special Runs, available to All Access Ticket Holders, will be available starting on Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT to purchase. In order to purchase these models, you will need to click on the Buy Your Special Runs banner once you have logged into the event. Breyer will not be emailing your selections to you. This link will take you to a page that has the Special Runs that were selected for your account on it. You are not required to purchase these Special Runs, however you cannot exchange them for other Special Runs. You will have until Sunday, July 18th at 4 PM EDT to purchase these models, so please buy them before BreyerFest ends if you do not wish to miss out!

Limited Edition Models

Limited Edition Models are available to all ticket holders during BreyerFest. These models will NOT be restocked during the event so once they are sold out, they are sold out unless they are the models that are able to be back ordered. The models that are able to be back ordered are the following: Queen of Hearts (Josie), Rheverence+, Apollo del Solis, Favrile, and the Best of BreyerFest Series 2 Set Stablemates. The back ordered models will ship in December, but are NOT guaranteed for a Holiday Delivery. As previously posted, you are only able to purchase one of each kind of Limited Edition during one transaction, but are able to make as many purchases as you are able to during the weekend.

BreyerFest Swag

All Ticket Holders are able to purchase the BreyerFest Merchandise during the event. There are no limits on how you can purchase these items or how many that you can purchase. Inventory will be available starting on Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT and until they are sold out. When they are sold out, there will NOT be a restock.

Warehouse Finds

Warehouse Finds are available as Grab Bags during BreyerFest and are able to be shopped by price point or theme so there is something there for everyone. Grab Bags will be available starting on Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT and when they are sold out, they are sold out.

Rare Warehouse Finds

These pieces are the ones that will be available on eBay. They will be listed as an auction that will run from Friday, July 16th through Sunday July 18th. There will be links provided for these on eBay, even if I have to go find them myself. All ticket holders have access to the Grab Bags as well as the Rare Warehouse Finds.

VIP Ticket Holders:

You have already purchased your Special Runs so there is nothing that you need to do for them. You have already paid for two of the Limited Editions, however you are able to buy as many more Limited Editions as you want during the weekend. You are also able to purchase the Warehouse Finds and the Rare Warehouse Finds, so no worries at all!

I hope that this has helped you while planning your event!

Let's Talk BreyerFest... Logging Into BreyerFest, That Is!

Hello Roadies! Let's talk about BreyerFest....Logging Into BreyerFest, that is!

As the time grows closer for BreyerFest, you might be wondering just how you are going to log into the event. So let's go over it all here.

BreyerFest takes place on Breyer's website so you will definitely need to had to Breyer's website on Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT. You will need to log into the account that purchased your BreyerFest tickets. No matter how many tickets that you have purchased on your account, you will only need to log into the event once, Once you log into your Breyer Account that purchased your BreyerFest tickets, you will then be taken to the Account Details page. Once you are at the Account Details page, you will need to the look up to the top of the page. At the top, you will see a Breyer icon. If you click that icon, you will then be taken to the main page of the Breyer Website.

Once on the main page of the Breyer Website, after logging in, you will need to click Enter BreyerFest on the BreyerFest banner. This will take you to the amazing BreyerFest section of Breyer's website and you can explore the content to your heart's desire!

A few key points to remember:

*On your Account Details page, your BreyerFest ticket purchase will say Unfulfilled until after BreyerFest or even stay that way. This is not an indicator of anything. If you have purchased your tickets and it shows up on your Account Details page, then it is recorded that you have purchased your tickets.

*Only the account that purchased BreyerFest tickets will be able to access the BreyerFest section of the Breyer website. No matter how many tickets that you have purchased, you only need to log in once per day.

*You cannot be logged in before 10 AM EDT on each day of the weekend or you will be caught in an endless refresh until you log out and log back in.

*For those that can participate in the Raffles, you will need to enter your information once on Friday and once on Saturday before the cut off time each day or you will not be entered. It might help to remember to do this right after logging in on Friday and Saturday.

I hope that this has helped a little bit!

Let's Talk BreyerFest...Raffles, That is!

Hello Roadies, Let's Talk BreyerFest...Raffles that is!

So the exciting news was not the auctions like we thought today, but rather it was raffle information. However, not all of it has been released yet so I will be writing a file once everything has been released.

For the first time since I have been documenting BreyerFest, there is a Friday raffle model. He was revealed today and can be seen in our BreyerFest 2021 Exclusive Models album, in case you missed him. But with his release, we saw some new rules for the Raffle. Let's get into it!

*The Raffle on Friday is available to USA and Canada Residents only, but says that certain regulations will apply and to read the raffle information on the raffle page during BreyerFest.

*You can only enter ONCE per ACCOUNT. If there is more than one raffle, which we know that there will be, you will be able to enter ONCE for each day.

*The raffle is only available to VIP and All Access Ticket Holders ONLY. Will this change? Likely not, but I will definitely be keeping up to date of all of the information.
