Let's Talk BreyerFest...The BreyerFest section on the website, that is!

Hello Roadies!  Let's Talk BreyerFest.... The BreyerFest section of the Breyer's website, that is!
So this is what you will see when you log into BreyerFest on Friday, July 16th at 10 AM EDT.  But each tile represents something different so I will do my best to go into details of what to expect besides the unexpected!
Reminder: You need to log into your Breyer Account that purchased your BreyerFest tickets each day of BreyerFest and it is recommended to not log in early. This log in will take you to your Account Details page and from there, you will need to click on the Breyer icon at the top of the page and that will take you to the main page.  From the main page, you will see a banner that says Enter BreyerFest. Click that and you will be entered into the BreyerFest section of the website.
All Access Ticket Holders:  You will have a special banner on your page when you log in that says Buy Special Runs here (or something like that).  That is where you will need to go to purchase your Special Runs.  You will have from 10 AM EDT on Friday, July 16th to 4 PM EDT on Sunday, July 18th to add these to your cart and purchase them or you will lose them.
Raffles:  These will be under the Raffles Tile on this page.  Qualifying Ticket Holders will need to go to this page, starting at 10 AM EDT on Friday July 16th to fill out a simple form to enter for the Raffles.  You will need to enter for Friday and Saturday.  There will be a complete terms and conditions to read before you enter and it is recommended to read them because there could be certain limitations on exactly who can enter.
The BreyerFest Store:  This will be where you will purchase all of your Limited Edition Models, your Merchandise, and the Grab Bags. This location had the Holiday models last year, so they could make an appearance there this year as well.  Remember that there are no restocks this year, however there are models available for back order after they sell out during the event.
The Workshops:  This tile includes all of the Pre-recorded Workshops that are available for VIP and All Access Ticket Holders.  These will be available at any time during BreyerFest weekend.  Breyer has not stated whether or not they will remain up after BreyerFest or not.  The "Live" Zoom workshops will not be on this page and they will not be recorded.  Breyer should email you the link to the Zoom workshop and that will be how you attend that Workshop.  A schedule of the Live Workshops as well as a list of all of the workshops and their supplies can be found in the Guide section of this Group.
VIP Only:  This section is just for those ticket holders that have a VIP Ticket.  This is where you will go to see the Workshops that are just for you, videos that are just for you, and more that they have not even mentioned yet, I bet!
The Artisan's Gallery:  This tile will contain the links to all of the artists that have signed up with Breyer to sell their wares during BreyerFest.  These links will take you to the Artist's sale pages or their galleries and from there, you will need to contact the artist to buy something from them.
The Marketplace:  This tile will contain all of the links to the vendors that normally sell during BreyerFest.  These links will take you to their websites or sale sites and you will need to contact the vendors to purchase or trade with them.
Contest Entries:  This is likely to be renamed, but for now, I will use the name that I have on this screenshot.  This is where you will find all of the entries from all three of the Contests.  This year, Breyer is placing all of the entries on the website for viewing and not just the winners.
Tours:  This tile will likely be the location that you will need to go to sign up for these tours. This will also be where you will go to view the tours, likely as well.  These tours will not be recorded, however there will be a recorded selection available for viewing on demand from last year. I highly recommend checking these out! You will need to register for the tours, they are free, and I recommend doing this close to when you log in on Friday as the first one is at noon on Friday.
eBay Warehouse Finds: Ok, I will preface this by saying that I know that not everyone likes eBay, however here in the group there is nothing that we can say or do to change how they will be ran.  That being said, this is where you will find the links to the eBay auctions of the rarer warehouse finds, such as older Club horses, first production horses, and more. They are not test pieces per say, but they are some of the first ones off of the line when a model is being made for production. Roadies, remember to not overthink this at all. I see a lot of people worried about the Warehouse Finds and the Grab Bags. Breyer has not officially released exactly what will be available and they likely will not until BreyerFest. Unless they do a sneak peek. However, last year was ran the same way, kind of, so I am going off of that.

The Warehouse Finds, which will be on eBay this year rather than the website, are the first of a production type model or a rare model or one of the Club models. These are the one and done horses, as in there is only ONE available.

The Grab Bags, although Breyer mentioned that they would be Warehouse Finds, have NOTHING to do with the actual Warehouse Finds other than these are a collection of blind boxes that were found in the Warehouse.  These will be in the BreyerFest Store, located under the BreyerFest Store tile, and will be a BOX of an assortment of models available for a set price point.  Until they go up for sale, we have NO idea what is in them. There can be models from previous BreyerFests, models from the Clubs, or anything else that Breyer Finds.
Seminars:  These are free for all ticket holders.  These seminars are range in type from making tiny tack to talking about horse colors and even long ear colors.
Hands On Hobby Demonstrations: This tile will show some of the life of a Hobby member and how they do their artwork or set up for shows or so much more.  Anything can be hiding under this tile really and since it is free for all ticket holders, I say check it out!
Equine Demonstrations: During the day time, these will be coming at you live from the Kentucky Horse Park (please note that there are no actual activities happening at the park for BreyerFest).  After 4 PM EDT each day, these videos will be available on demand for you to watch. So if you missed them, then you are able to catch up!
Celebration of Horses Show:  This tile is where you will go to view the Celebration of Horses Evening Performance.  This will not air until Friday, July 16th at 6 PM EDT, however it will be available on demand the rest of the weekend.
Live Meet and Greets: This tile is where you will need to go to view the meet and greets.  Make sure to check out the Program to see the schedule of when your favorite hobby member will be available.
Model Horse Shows: This tile is where you will need to go to see all of the Champions and Reserve Champions of the Model Horse Shows.  You can also log into PonyBytes to see the results of the show, free, but you do need a PonyBytes account.
Meet The Horses:  This tile is where you will go if you want to see the interviews of all of the BreyerFest Special Horse Guests.  Dani and the rest of the horses that inspired this year's models will be here and they will be available to watch on demand so you can watch them at any time.
Entertainers and Special Guests:  This tile is a who's who of all of the Entertainers and Special Guests that are participating in this year's event.  It is likely that their videos will be here so definitely check out this section!
Live Broadcast:  This tile is the most important in my eyes, however how you attend BreyerFest is always up to you! This tile is where you will go to see BreyerFest LIVE from their headquarters in New Jersey.  You will see interviews with artists, get a tour of the Archive Room, and so much more! This is a must see and I will definitely share the link when it is available!
I think that about covers it all.  Just remember that BreyerFest is what you want to make of it!  Almost all of the videos will be available on demand all weekend long, meaning that you can view these videos whenever you want. It is very likely that NONE of this will be available after BreyerFest, so as a Roadie, I recommend recording what you want to save. I hope that this has helped explain a bit of what to expect during BreyerFest.
