BreyerFest 2021 Buying Tickets

 How To Buy BreyerFest Tickets

So you want to buy BreyerFest tickets, but you have no idea what to do. Let me walk you through the process!
*First, you will need to have an account on Breyer's website. This is a free account and is linked to your email. You will enter your email address and a password.
*Second, once you log into the account, you will see a row of words at the top of the screen. They say Products, Clubs, Events, etc.
*You will look for Events and push the arrow to expand the tile. From there you will see About BreyerFest 2021 and an arrow off to the side. Click that arrow.
*Look for Buy Tickets and click there.
*Once this page loads, you will see words and once you scroll down, you will see the tiles to purchase an All Access Ticket, a General Admission Ticket, and the Event Stablemate Set.
*If you are wanting to participate in the BreyerFest Photo Shows, you will need to purchase an All Access Ticket. This ticket costs $75 and comes with the Celebration Horse and so much more.
*If you do not want to participate in the Photo Shows, then you can feel free to purchase a General Admission ticket. This ticket is $20 and comes with ONE RANDOMLY selected Event Stablemate.
*After you add the ticket to your cart (You can buy more than one per account), you will need to go to your cart and pay for your tickets.
*If you are purchasing a ticket and you are a Collector Club Member, you can enter the code CCSAVEBF2021 and it will save you $2.50.
*Once you have purchase and paid for your ticket, you are now able to buy the Event Stablemates set for $80, if you wish to do so. This will be the ONLY models that you will pay for before the event in July.
*In June, you will be able to select your Special Run Preferences, if you purchased an All Access Ticket, but you will NOT be purchasing your models or seeing which models were selected for your account until the event in July.
*You cannot purchase any of the BreyerFest releases until July.
*Please read the files here in the group, Specifically the RTB's FAQs that Might Help You as they are quite in depth and answer more questions than I have seen asked in just this group alone.

BreyerFest 2021 Shopping

 BreyerFest Shopping

Good morning Roadies! Today, we are going to talk about shopping at BreyerFest. I am going to be focusing specifically on the Breyer website and how it operated last year. This information should be similar to how it will run this year. If anything changes about how shopping is done during the event, I will edit this post to reflect those changes.
As we all know BreyerFest is virtual and will be held on Breyer's website. The only way to access the BreyerFest information during that weekend, this includes the Store, is to have your BreyerFest ticket already purchased and make sure that you are logged into the account that purchased your ticket. Once you have logged in, you will see a variety of new links and buttons on the Breyer website.
One of these new links or places to click will be the BreyerFest store. This store page will feature a variety of models, including all of this year's Limited Edition releases and BreyerFest merchandise. This store will not include the regular Run models that are normally on the website however. All three of the Traditional sized Limited Edition Models (Josie, Apollo, and Rheverence), the Freedom sized model (Favrile), the Best of BreyerFest Series 2 Stablemate Set, the Crystal (Prima), the Plushie (Pal's Palette), and the unrevealed single Stablemate will be under this Store.
All of the models released for the Limited Edition models will have a time (this will be announced by Breyer) that they go on sale at and will be available until sold out each day. Keep in mind that certain Limited Edition models can be back ordered to ship in December (Josie, Apollo, Rheverence, Favrile, and the Best of BreyerFest Set). Once they are sold out for the day, they are sold out and more will appear the next day at the predetermined time. These models can and do sell out quickly so make sure that you will be around a device of your choosing and logged into your account around the time when they will be released. The BreyerFest merchandise will be in the same store and will be available until sold out. Once it is sold out, there will likely be no more available. Keep that in mind as certain BreyerFest merchandise can sell out very quickly, like the ceramic mugs.
You are welcome to purchase as many Limited Edition models as you want, however keep in mind that Breyer's FAQs state that you can only purchase one of each model per checkout. If you see Josie for sale and that is the model that you want, make sure that you purchase her immediately, for example. This means that you might be making several purchases per day, but keep in mind that this lessens the chances that the model might be "snatched" from your cart. For those that will have to pay shipping, keep in mind that all but one shipping charge will be refunded to you at the end of the event. (If these charges are not refunded to you by a week after the event, I would then recommend calling Breyer's Customer Service.)
During BreyerFest, everything on their website that is normally still there, will be available for purchase. Last year, these items were included in the special BreyerFest shipping charges so the Breyer team was recommending to go ahead and buy that model that you had been looking at. Of course, things can and do change, but from the FAQs, it appears that it will be operating the same or near the same way.

BreyerFest 2021 Shipping

 BreyerFest Shipping

Howdy Roadies! Let's talk about BreyerFest shipping! This is brought up often as it is kinda confusing. Now this will be about the shipping of BreyerFest items, not anything else. By BreyerFest items, I mean those items that are purchased during BreyerFest. This does not include pre-event merchandise. It should be noted that last year, everything on the website, including regular runs, was included in these shipping charges.
So BreyerFest offers free shipping for those that live in the Continental US, $10 flat rate shipping for those that live in Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, and $25 flat rate shipping for all other International. Each time that you check out, you will see a shipping charge if you are in the areas that have a shipping charge, however you will be refunded the majority of them as you will only be charged once for shipping since it is a flat rate charge.
But how many boxes will you get? Likely, you will be getting at least two boxes, however it depends on how much that you purchase during the event. Your Celebration Horses and Event Stablemates will be sent in their own box and then the Limited Editions and Special Runs will be sent in another box. This is how it was sent last year. There were some exceptions to only two boxes as it depends on how much you purchase, how many Celebration Models that you are getting, etc. But the majority should arrive in two boxes. Celebration Models start shipping in July and the items purchased during BreyerFest will start shipping the Monday after the event. Back ordered items will ship some time in December. Breyer will be using whatever method is best for them logistically, but this seems to be the most likely course of action as it was what they used last year.
International members will very likely need to pay an import fee as many reported that they needed to do this last year.
VIP Ticket Holders will have their models start shipping in July. Not any time before, as stated by Breyer's FAQs. VIP Ticket Holders are also not charged any shipping fees, domestic or international, as a perk to their ticket.
If, after the event, you notice that you have more than one shipping charge or that you do not get a tracking number, the absolute best thing to do is to call Breyer's Customer Service as they will know the information that you are looking for and have it right at hand for you.

BreyerFest 2021 Best Customs Contest Prize Models

This year, the Best Customs Contest Prize models are lovely in black and white.  The Grand Prize is Noir, a lovely black and white sabino on the Emmerson Mold (traditional sized) and the Reserve Prize is Blanca, a lovely black and white pinto on the Charleston Mold (Stablemate sized.)  Make sure to read the rules before entering the Best Customs Contest!

Finding Your "Ticket Number" BreyerFest 2021

 Finding Your BreyerFest Ticket Number

Hello Roadies! I want to take a moment to briefly explain where you can find your "ticket" number for BreyerFest.
The Ticket Number for BreyerFest 2021 will actually be your order number on the Account Details page. When you log into the Breyer account that purchased your BreyerFest ticket or tickets, you will be taken to a page that says Account Details. On this page, you will see all of the purchases that you have made for as long as that account has been open.
When looking for your BreyerFest Order Number, scroll down to where you see the name of the ticket purchased, the date that your purchased it, or the price of the ticket. That is how I look for mine. Then look all the way to the left of the screen and you will see a bunch of numbers that are actually clickable. This set of numbers is your order number. You will need you order number in order to sign up for the BreyerFest Photo Shows and likely the "Live" Workshops as well.

BreyerFest 2021 Workshop Breakdown

 BreyerFest WorkShops

Good morning Roadies! Today, let's talk about the workshops, not the Live workshops, but the regular workshops that will be available free of charge for the VIP and the All Access Ticket Holders. This is what happened last year and could be subject to change. If it is changed, this post will be edited to reflect those changes.
BreyerFest has offered workshops for many years and these workshops have always been a very informative and fun part of the event at an in person event. Last year, BreyerFest went virtual for the first time ever and it became a challenge to put those amazing workshops into a format that would make them accessible to the public. The workshops last year were free to everyone that had a BreyerFest ticket due to the change of the type of event. However, they turned the workshops into amazing videos, posted a list of supplies that you could purchase if you wished to participate, and left these videos up for several weeks. This year, things will be different and yet the same all at the same time!
This year, there are two sets of workshops, the Live workshops and the normal workshops. The Live workshops will be held over Zoom and will very likely to cost a fee. These Live workshops will provide all of the supplies needed for the craft, a personal time frame to work with the instructor, and it will happen at a certain time of day (in EDT). The normal workshops are free of charge for the VIP and the All Access Ticket Holders and require you to purchase a list of supplies for the craft. The workshop video will be placed on Breyer's website and will be available all weekend long to view and participate in the craft.
The Live Workshops have not opened up for registration yet, but is promised to be open very soon and this section will be edited to reflect that information.
The normal Workshops are already posted on the website and here in the files section and their supplies are already listed so that you have time in order to purchase the supplies and receive them, if you need to have them mailed. The videos will be posted to Breyer's website starting on Friday, July 16th and will run into Sunday, July 18th. It is unsure if they will remain on the website after the event as they did last year.
The decision to participate in any or all of the workshops totally depends on you, but personally, I say go for it! As mentioned above, the Live Workshops will have a fee, but it has not been revealed yet.

The 2021 BreyerFest Plushie Release

Breyer has finally announced the release of the Plushie.  They released almost all of the information about him except for the price.  That is the most important part to many people, however in the past, the Plush releases have been around $18 so I am going to say that is what this guy will be around, give or take a few dollars. This year, we see an awesome pony body plush that is chestnut with a rainbow appaloosa pattern and a lovely little palette.  His name is Pal's Palette and he is completely adorable!

BreyerFest 2021 Contests- You MUST Read The Rules on Breyer's Website!!

 BreyerFest Contests and Information

These are the contests from BreyerFest. This information comes from the Breyer website and the links have been shared and added to the BreyerFest Virtual Event Planning Post Topic.
This year, 2021, BreyerFest is a virtual event once again. This means that the contests are virtual again as well. This means that you will need to submit photos and a video of some kind in order to showcase your creation. There is a file from last year that should show you how to upload a video to a Google Document so that it can be shared with the judges. Make sure to check that file out when it comes down to uploading. Now, let’s get into the details of all of these contests.
First, in order to enter these contests, you will need to have a VIP or an All Access ticket. These contests are free, however please be aware that there are some people that cannot enter these contests. Most of the International members, Quebec, and six US states are all unable to enter these contests due to various laws that surround this type of contest. I am asking that you email or call Breyer in order to try and change this, however using RTB is not the best place for it currently as we are a fan based group. Here is what they say exactly in the rules about who can and who cannot enter: Contest is open to all legal residents of the U.S. (excluding AZ, CO, MD, NE, ND and VT), U.K., and Canada (excluding Quebec) where allowed with a BreyerFest 2021 VIP All-Access or BreyerFest 2021 All-Access ticket and an email account. Parent must submit entry if entrant is under age 13. If selected as a potential winner, parental consent is required for entrants under age 18 (or under the legal age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence in the U.S. or jurisdiction of residence in Canada – whichever is greater). Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
The Diorama Contest is highly competitive, however this contest will allow all levels of participants to enter. The rules, while they seem long, are very easy and while it comes down to the judge’s opinion, this contest is not based on finish work. The complete diorama must fit into a 12 inch cube and made entirely by the person that enters it. If you have a child under the age of 18, please make sure that they follow all safety rules. As long as the Diorama follows the theme, you will be able to enter into contest so make sure that your idea follows along with one of the three sources of artwork from Breyer. Links are provided on Breyer’s website under the Rules and Regulations for the Diorama Contest as well as in the group under the BreyerFest Virtual Event Planning post topic. The Diorama Contest is split into age groups, so make sure that youenter the correct age group. You are must use Breyer models, but they can be customized, as long as you are the person that does all of the work. I hope that this helps a bit! Reading the rules from Breyer is the absolute best bet in this contest. https://www.breyerhorses.com/pages/breyerfest-2021-diorama-contest-how-to-enter
The Costume Contest is making a return this year after being absent last year. Originally Breyer had wanted to find a way to better showcase this contest, but then we all went virtual. The rules and regulations will be the absolute best way to start into this contest as with the other contests. You must make all of the accessories of the costume by yourself and they must fit into the theme of Living Artwork. There are three Sources on the Breyer website of artwork that you must choose from. No pairs or groups are allowed, this is single participation only. Please make sure to read all of the rules and regulations in this contest as they will always be the best place to answer questions. https://www.breyerhorses.com/pages/breyerfest-2021-costume-contest-how-to-enter
The Best Customs Contest is returning this year and will be sure to wow everyone with spectacular artwork from the absolute best of the best. Anyone can enter this contest, but just know that everything is based on the theme, finish work, and how well your artwork looks and fits the categorizes. You will definitely need to read the rules and regulations thoroughly if you want to enter this contest as some times it comes down to the minute details in this contest. However, you never know what might happen and you might get to be a finalist and never realize how awesome your work is! Reading the rules and regulations will be the absolute best bet if you want to enter this contest: https://www.breyerhorses.com/pages/breyerfest-2021-best-customs-contest-how-to-enter
I am sorry that this file is not the most awesome or informative. I do not normally enter the contests so I do not have personal experience to write about. I have entered the Best Customs contest once as well as the Diorama Contest, but I did them both on a whim and both entries were not the best of the best, but they were the best of me and I was extremely proud of them. My best advice on these contests are yes, to read Breyer’s rules, but just have fun with it. You never know what will catch the judge’s eye. Just have fun with it and see where it goes. I am a hardcore supporter that BreyerFest is supposed to be fun and this is all part of the fun! So get out there and make some awesome things, if you want to enter the contests, but make sure that they fit in with the rules. I have provided the links of the rules for each contest above, but you might need to copy and paste them into your search bar since some times, Facebook does not like me adding links to the files. Thank you for reading!

Breyer Account And How The Tickets Show Up

Tonight, I want to talk a little about your Account Details Page on Breyer's website.

When you first log into your Breyer account for the day, you will first notice all of the Clubs that you belong to, if you belong to any. This will also be where the Clubs that you were a member of in the past will be.
Below the Clubs, you will see a list of all of the things ordered on your account. This is what I will be talking about tonight. When you purchase your BreyerFest tickets, that information will go into your Account Details Page. You will have an order number, the date that you paid, the price, if it is fulfilled or unfulfilled, and when it was paid. See the photos below.
BreyerFest 2021 tickets will all read unfulfilled until ticket sales end. This includes the VIP tickets. When they are marked fulfilled varies on many different factors, but they will eventually read fulfilled. Since BreyerFest 2021 is a virtual event, there will not be any physical tickets sent out so there is nothing really to fulfill the order of the actual tickets for the event.
However, later in the year and closer to the event, you will receive another order number on your account and this will show the Celebration Horse.
The shipping for BreyerFest, since we really only have last year to base it on, varies and you will get the models in time, however the order numbers might not he marked fulfilled right away.
So in conclusion, the best thing to do is ignore the fulfilled and unfulfilled parts of the account details page until after the event. If you have purchased a ticket, gotten a confirmation email, and have an order number, you are all set for the event! The Special Run Preference List for the All Access Ticket Holders will be going out in June so no need to fret over that right now. I hope that this has helped you a bit!

Limited Editions at BreyerFest

Hello Roadies! Let's talk Limited Editions for BreyerFest! I know that many of you are interested in the Limited Editions, but this year they are a bit confusing. Have no fear, I will definitely help clear up any and all confusion.

First, what are the Limited Editions? The Limited Editions are models available during BreyerFest that can be purchased by any ticket holder. There are no set limits with how many that you can purchase per ticket and having more than one ticket will not increase your odds of purchasing these models.
This year, there are a total of eight models that make up the Limited Editions. There are three Traditional sized models and they are portrait models of horses whose videos will be available on the Breyer website during BreyerFest. The three are: Queen of Hearts "Josie "- a bay brindle waemblood on the Bristol mold, Rheverence +- a buckskin pinto Arabian on the Ashquar mold, and Apollo- a double dilute "golden" PRE on the Esprit mold.
There is one Freedom Series model (This used to be the Classic Sized molds) on the American Dream mold (mustang) and it is a rainbow type color named Favrile.
There is one Crystal model on the Sherman Morgan mold and it is named Prisma. These models are about Curio sized, which is in between Freedom Series and Stablemate sized.
There is a Best of BreyerFest Series 2 Stablemate set. This features five stablemates modeled after models released for the Fairy Tales BreyerFest.
There is an unrevealed Plushie and a Single Limited Edition Stablemate. These two models have NOT been revealed yet and as soon as they are, they will be shared here in the group.
Certain models are available on back order this year, if they sell out before you are able to purchase them. These back ordered models will NOT ship until starting in December and are NOT guaranteed for a Holiday delivery. These models are as follows: Queen of Hearts, Rheverence, Apollo, Favrile, and the Best of BreyerFest Series 2 Set.
Prices and pictures of these models can be seen in our BreyerFest 2021 Album here in the group. The easiest way to access this album is to click on the Announcements and go to the first one with all of the pictures. Those pictures are all models that have been released for BreyerFest 2021.
I hope that this has helped you a bit more in planning your adventure!

BreyerFest Time Zone Information

Hello Roadies! Today, I want to talk a little bit about the times in which everything will be posted to BreyerFest on the Breyer website.

BreyerFest is always done in Eastern Daylight time. No matter where you live in the world, Breyer will always post BreyerFest material during BreyerFest weekend using Eastern Daylight Time or EDT.
Now RTB is also in the Eastern Daylight Time zone so we will be definitely posting it in that time zone as well, however, if you do not live in this time zone, I would love for you to let us know what times it will be in the zone that you love in! That will also help me plan out my Lives for the event as well.
BreyerFest opens on Friday, July 16 at 10 AM EDT. We are not sure what time that the models will be released for that day yet (I am sure that the schedule of events will be released sooner than normal since it is a virtual event). What time would this be in your time zone?
I hope this helps out a little bit in figuring out your adventure!

Information About the Surprise Special Run

Hello Roadies! Today, I want to take a moment and talk about the Surprise Special Run. There is always excitement over this Special Run, but let's take a look at what makes it so awesome and where it falls in with the Special Runs.

The Surprise Special Run is a unique thing to BreyerFest, really only becoming part of their line up in recent years. This Special Run will have you guessing on the mold and the color until the day that the very first one is opened. This means that Breyer will not reveal what mold the model is on or what color or colors it will be. They might give hints, but they will not release the mold or the color. At an in person BreyerFest, the mold and the colors are revealed on Friday morning, just after 10 am EDT. However, with the virtual event, we will not know the mold or colors until the first person receives their Special Runs in the mail in July.
This year, the Suprise Special Run is named the Seven Arts Surprise. There are several people that are already trying to guess which mold that it will be on and let me say, I have seen some pretty awesome and informed guesses. However, no one has even tried to guess what the colors will be. Historically, with the Surprise Special Run, there are four to five colors. There will be mostly realistic colors and perhaps a decorator. There should only be one mold, but you never know, Breyer could pull a trick on us and make it even more crazy! But that is doubtful. There will be Glossy and Matte versions on each of the released colors. We know that the total of Surprise Special Runs released will be 6500, but we do not yet know what the break down of each color will be and we will not know that break down until a few weeks after BreyerFest.
The Surprise Special Run is definitely part of the Special Run Line up and if you like rare models or just like to be surprised, then this is the model to try and get! If you have a VIP ticket, you have already set your Special Run selections in Stone and have paid for them so no need to do anything further. If you are an All Access Ticket Holder, then you will be waiting until June when the Special Run Preference List will be mailed out. No matter how you will compete your list, if you want one of these amazing and surprising Special Runs, then make sure that it is at the top of your Preference List and pray for a bit of good luck!
I hope that this has helped you understand the Surprise Special Run a bit more and as always, if you have any questions, never hesitate to ask!

Special Run Insight- A Tiny Bit More

*Please Note that some of this content directly relates to our Facebook Group.*

Hello Roadies! I know, I'm back and that means I have thought of something to add for information. Between this group and the official Breyer group, I am seeing so many new names asking awesome questions about this amazing event! That is awesome! I hope to see more as the years continue. That being said, I am still seeing a ton of questions regarding the Special Runs. As always, I highly, highly recommend reading our files and the RTB Episodes of Help because they literally have the answers in them. But they are easy to miss so no worries! Let's talk about the Special Runs again.

Special Runs are models that can only be purchased by certain ticket holders during BreyerFest. This year, VIP and All Access Ticket Holders are the only ticket types that can purchase Special Run models. There are nine Special Runs and they can be viewed in our BreyerFest 2021 Album or on Breyer's website under Exclusive Models.
VIP Ticket Holders have already selected and paid for their Special Runs so we will not be talking about them in this post. We will be only talking about the All Access Tickets.
On Breyer's website, you will log into your account or make one, if you do not have one. This is a free account, unless you want to upgrade to the Collector Club. When you wish to purchase your All Access Ticket or Tickets, you will need to go to the Events tab. Under that tab, there is a Buy Tickets section. Click on that. The page will load and this is where you will purchase your ticket or tickets. You can purchase as many tickets as you like. The only limits on purchasing tickets is that Breyer states that they reserve the right to refund ticket purchases at their discretion. We do not know if there is an exact limit to how many that you can purchase. With each All Access ticket, you are able to purchase up to two Special Run models. If you would like more than two Special Runs, then you will need to purchase more than one All Access Ticket.
You will NOT be purchasing your Special Runs until the event in July. You will be ranking the Special Runs in June using the Special Run Preference List. Read on to understand a bit about the Special Run Preference List.
Once you have purchased the amount of tickets that you want, you will need to wait until June to be able to rank the Special Runs on the Preference List. In June, the email account that is linked to your Breyer account that purchased the tickets will receive an email that contains a link. This link can also be found by logging into your account and going to the Event section. This link is the Special Run Preference List. There will be two options, if you have more than one ticket. You will be able to rank the models per ticket using the individual list or you can rank them using a master list for all of your tickets. There is a complete write up of how this works in detail in the files as well as in the Post Topics section so I am going to not add it here.
The most important things to remember are that you cannot purchase two of the same Special Runs per ticket (so only one Surprise Special Run per ticket, guys), there is a possibility of getting duplicates using the Individual list, there is a possibility of not getting your top ranked models, and the choosing of which Special Runs that you end up with are based on luck.
I hope that this has helped you a little bit more in planning your adventure!

Why Certain States Can't Enter The Contests

Good morning Roadies. Today, I want to sit down with you and talk about something a little different. Today, I am going to be discussing legal stuff. Now, I don't know much legal stuff at all and I know that there will be people that can explain it so much better than I can and there are definitely websites that can help as well. But, here we go:

When Breyer announced their contests for BreyerFest 2021, everyone was super excited. The Diorama contest, The Best Customs Contest, and the Costume Contest are all awesome things that people want to participate in. They are free to enter, have amazing prizes, and even just to enter is amazing. However, when the actual rules and regulations were released, it was widely noticed that certain States in the US were not allowed to participate.
While this caused a lot of upset, it was also apparent that this is not going to change. So many members of RTB went digging to find out what was going on and find out we did! According the the government of those six states, they strictly prohibit entering contests that are paid entry. That means because the contests are only available to certain ticket holders that paid money for their tickets, those residents of those states cannot enter the contests. It is similar to the gambling laws. You can definitely read more about it as I know that I am not explaining it well at all.
So, it all comes down to the law and lawyers in who can and cannot participate in the contests and if this includes your state or country, we here at RTB are very sorry, however since we are a fan group there isn't much that we can do. Now, the BreyerFest Photo Shows have NOT had their rules and regulations released yet, so we do not yet know if this would apply to that event as well and the best thing to do is to sadly hang in there and wait.
**Edited to add the states that are not eligible to participate: AZ, CO, MD, NE, ND and VT **
I hope that this helped a little bit in your BreyerFest adventure planning and definitely read more about it online because I am sure that my explanation is horrible and everyone will come here just to tell me that I am completely wrong.
