BreyerFest 2020 Recap 4

BreyerFest Recap #4: So we have gone over what to expect, tickets, and what types of models will be available at BreyerFest. Today, we will be recapping how you will be able to purchase the models. 
  First, let's talk about the Store Special models. These models are portrait models that are available to all ticket holders. They are limited though in how many you will be allowed to purchase each day.  The limit depends on how many tickets that you have and what type of ticket that you have.  A Single Day Ticket is only allowed to purchase ONE of each Store Special on the day that their ticket is for.  A Three Day Ticket can purchase one of each Store Special per day, this includes the Adult Three Day Ticket, the Child's Three Day Ticket, and the Celebration Ticket. For example, if you have two Three Day Tickets, you can purchase up to two of each Store Special on each day. The store will restock at different times of the day to allow for other time zones and will definitely restock each day when they sell out.

The same goes for the Fling! Pop Up Shop models.  These models are also limited to one per ticket per day, depending on your ticket type.  As with above, the Single Day Ticket Holders can purchase one of each of the Fling! Pop Up Shop models on the day of their tickets.  The Three Day Ticket Holders can purchase one per ticket once per day, so this would mean that potentially you could get three Greenmans for example. If you have more than one Three Day Ticket, you can purchase that amount of each model per day. For example, two three day tickets will allow you to purchase two Greenmans per day.

The BreyerFest Warehouse Grab Bag is the only "model" type that is exclusively limited to ONE certain ticket type and is limited to ONE PER ACCOUNT, NOT ONE PER TICKET. Only Adult Three Day Ticket Holders are eligible to purchase this grab bag and there will be several price points available to choose from. This is not a feature that is available to the Celebration Ticket Holders or the Child's Three Day Ticket Holders. 

Next, let's recap the Special Run models.  The Special Run Tickets were only available to Adult Three Day Ticket Holders and Child's Three Day Ticket Holders.  Celebration Ticket Holders and Single Day Ticket Holders were NOT eligible for a Special Run Ticket with their tickets. When you submitted your preferences by June 15th, you gave Breyer an insight on to how you ranked the models in your mind. This does not guarantee that you will get those models per say, but they will do their best to accommodate your ranking with how you ticket stands in line, which is a random draw through order numbers. The line works basically the same way that it does as the main event. Once your time slot has come up during BreyerFest weekend, you will get an email telling you that your choices are available to purchase. You are NOT able to choose other models, however you are also NOT required to purchase them if you do not wish to do so.  You have up to 24 hours to purchase these models only. However, if you missed the time frame to return the Special Run Preference List, models will be assigned to you randomly so you will not miss out on your Special Run Models.

BreyerFest Recap #3

BreyerFest 2020 Recap: So we've gone over quite a few things already and there is still much more to recap. Today, this whole recap is about tickets!

There are technically four different kinds of tickets for BreyerFest 2020: The Adult Three Day Ticket, the Child's Three Day Ticket, The Celebration Ticket, and the Single Day Ticket. There are also different levels of access and extras that go with each ticket type.
The Adult Three Day Ticket is the absolute highest level of access and extras that was available for the event. This ticket comes with the Special Run Ticket, the Celebration Model, access to the virtual event for all three days, $20 worth of free raffle tickets, $10 coupon for BreyerFest swag, ability to purchase the NPOD Grab Bag that we talked about yesterday, access to purchase Store Models, access to purchase Fling! Pop Up Shop models, access to enter into the raffles, access to the auctions, access to the virtual workshops, access to virtual senimars, ability to enter the Breyer Photo Show, access to the virtual Equus Film Festival, access to behind the scenes videos of KHP and other horse farms, access to interviews and performances by guest horses, a special performance by Sylvia Zerbini and the Celebration of Horses performers, and bonus content from other BreyerFest Partners, and perhaps more.
The Child's Three Day Ticket comes with much of the same as above: The Special Run Ticket, the Celebration Model, access to purchase Store Special Models, access to purchase Fling! Pop Up Shop models, access to the raffles, access to the auctions, access to the workshops and virtual seminars, access to the behind the scenes at KHP and the other horse farms, access to interviews and performances with guest horses, access to the virtual Equus Film Festival, access to a special performance by Silvia Zerbini and the Celebration of Horses performers, and bonus content from other BreyerFest partners.
The Single Day Tickets come with ONE Gambler's Choice stablemate model (random choice) from this year's line up of Single Day Models and one day access to the virtual BreyerFest, access to purchase Store Special models, access to purchase Fling! Pop Up Shop models, access to enter into the raffles, access to the auctions, access to the virtual seminars, access to the Equus Film Festival, and perhaps more.
The Single Day Four Pack Tickets offer the same amount of access as the Single Day tickets, except that you get access to all three days of virtual BreyerFest content that the Single Day Ticket holders will get, and you receive all four stablemates as well as a commemorative Celtic Fling magnet.
And last was the newly added Celebration Ticket. Due to Three Ticket sales being cut off a bit early to keep the Special Run Line fair, there were still some Celebration Models available and thus the Celebration Tickets were created. These are three day tickets that allow access to the virtual BreyerFest content, Celebration Horse model, access to purchase the Store Special models, access to purchase the Fling! Pop Up Shop models, and a bit more. This option does not have all of the access that adult three day ticket holders have.

There will be no printed tickets this year and no tickets will be mailed out.

I hope this helps a bit more with the explanation of the tickets that you have purchased and explains a bit of just what you can expect to find on the Breyer Website come BreyerFest weekend. BreyerFest Recap 2020 (Special Edition): This special edition of our Recap will go over model access during BreyerFest, what each ticket types will be allowed to purchase and what they will receive.

-Ballynoe Castle RM Celebration Horse is available to all three day ticket holders: Adult, Child, and Celebration

-Single Day Stablemates are available to all Single Day Ticket Holders

-Limited Editions such as the Store Specials and the Fling! Pop Up Shop models are available to all ticket holders and the number of daily "trips" through the stores for these models are based on the number and type of ticket, each completed check out is one trip.

-NPOD Grab Bags is available only to Adult Three Day Ticket holders and is limited to ONE per ACCOUNT for the weekend. The amount of tickets does not matter as it is limited per account.

-Special Runs are available to Adult and Child Three Day Ticket holders only. Celebration and Single Day Ticket holders are NOT eligible to purchase Special Run Models at the event.

-BreyerFest Swag is available to all ticket holders.

BreyerFest Recap #2

BreyerFest 2020 Recap: So yesterday, we went over the types of models, that it will be available online, and the Special Run Preference List. Today, we are going to just jump right into it with the Ninja Pit Of Death as the Friday Morning Line is so lovingly called. At a normal BreyerFest, this line wraps around the parking lot of the Kentucky Horse Park and if you are in the front part of the line, you will get to see some amazing models that are placed in the Breyer Store onsite at BreyerFest. These models range from Club models that did not sell, previous Special Runs, and stuff that was just sitting in their warehouse. This year, we are not physically there so Breyer has come up with a way for every Three Day Ticket Holder to experience the Ninja Pit. This year, Breyer is offering a Warehouse Grab Bag that is limited to ONE per ACCOUNT. They will be available in a small variety of price ranges and you will receive models that are worth that price range. This was announced later, after the Three Day Ticket sales were cut off. Again, it is limited to one per account.

Next, there was a matter of shipping. Those in the Domestic US will receive free shipping, those in Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii will get a flat rate of $10 shipping per time that they check out. All other International participants will get a flat rate of $25 every time that they check out. This lowered shipping price applies to EVERYTHING during BreyerFest, including regular run items. This would be an awesome time to get those stablemates that you wanted.

Raffles and Auctions still have not been posted yet, but it was announced that they would still happen. They are open to US Residents by law. I am sorry that not every one can participate, but these are fee based and not included in the ticket price. The full information about this can always be found on the Breyer website.

The Best Customs Contest just had their submission time end and was open to US Residents as well. This is always an amazing time to see some of the great artwork that the artists of the hobby put out. The winners will be announced during BreyerFest weekend.

The Diorama Contest is still ongoing so make sure to get those finished up and the photos and video emailed to Breyer. Make sure to read the posts by Robin Briscoe that details exactly what they are looking for and how to enter those entries!

BreyerFest 2020 Recap #1

BreyerFest 2020 Recap: So as we all know, this year is a virtual event. This has opened up the amazing world of BreyerFest to more people than ever before! That means that there are now more questions than ever before and that is a good thing! Breyer has placed an amazing FAQ up on their website and we have one here in our files as well that goes a bit more in depth. The only answers that we are lacking are answers that have not been released from Breyer just yet. Switching to a virtual event is a massive undertaking and I think that they are doing amazing!
So far, we do not have answers about the raffles and the Auction, however I do know that they are coming soon, so please hang in there.

We are also still waiting on the pricing, but that is a normal thing during BreyerFest prep. Prices are not released until around 2 weeks before the event. We, here in the group, keep price lists from 2017 until 2019 so that there is a visual on where the prices might fall when they are released.

The Special Run Preference List was due last night, but if you missed it, you will still receive models, just a random draw of models.

There are several categories of models that are available during BreyerFest from Special Runs to Store Specials. Each one has their own price point and what they are exactly. These categories are Special Runs that are available only to Three Day Ticket Holders, Store Specials which are available to all ticket holders and are portrait models, Pop Up Shop models which are strictly event themed models that are available to all ticket holders, The Celebration Model which is a portrait model available to all three day ticket holders, the Single Day Stablemate Models which are available to Single Day Ticket holders and are normally available as a random draw. There are a few more, but these are the main type of models available during BreyerFest weekend.

Exclusive Models For BreyerFest 2020

BreyerFest offers a variety of models that are available during BreyerFest weekend and this year is no different.  Though we may be in a virtual format, the models that are being offered are amazing this year! Some are rare and some are available to everyone, but this helpful guide will help you figure out which ones are which!

First is Ballynoe Castle RM or Reggie as he is known about his barn.  This lovely Celebration Model is available for all three day ticket holders, including those that have the new Celebration Ticket.

Next we have Dyflin. Dyflin was the Early Bird Three Day Ticket Raffle Model.  Three lucky ticket holders won him back in mid May. He was limited to three only and is not available to the public.

Next are these lovely stablemates.  Four in all, Orkney, Jersey, Skye, and Arran are available to all Single Day Ticket holders.  You are able to purchase Single Day Tickets, even if you have a Three Day Ticket.  Breyer also offered a very limited 4 Pack this year, which guaranteed you all four stablemates for a single price as well as three day admission to the online festivities.

Next come the Special Run Models. These above models are available to all Three Day Ticket holders, except for the Celebration Ticket holders. You are required to send in your preferences, however you are not guaranteed the models that you have selected.  There will be another post all about this and how it works for 2020.

Next are the Store Specials.  Store Special Models are available to ALL ticket holders. These models are portrait models of horses that were asked to participate in BreyerFest 2020.

The above models here are all available through the Fling! Pop Up Store. These models are specially made for the event and are themed exactly for it.

These are the famed Raffle Models.  These models will be available during BreyerFest weekend to US residents only.

These are the contest prize models.  The first two are for the Best Customs prizes and the bottom one is for the Diorama contest. Full rules and regulations can be found on the Breyer website.

BreyerFest 2020 was moved to a Virtual BreyerFest due to a global pandemic. The tickets went on sale on January Third and in April, it was announced that it would be moved to a Virtual event. In this file, you will find all of the information that we have up to date that has been released from Breyer starting with Tickets and ending with what you might experience. Special Runs:

The Special Runs for this virtual BreyerFest will run a lot like the BreyerFest of normal. There are a few changes, so make sure to read all of this and even go to the FAQs on Breyer’s website.

*On the week of JUNE 1st, you will receive an email to the account that purchased your tickets that has a list for you to submit the Special Run models in your order of preference. This does NOT guarantee that you will get your top models, but it gives the Breyer employees a base of where to start. This list needs to be returned NO LATER THAN June 15th.

*Ticket holders in EACH time slot will be placed in a random order and models will be allocated based on that order and your model preferences that you sent in the month before.

*If you do NOT send in your Preference List, models will be randomly selected for you

*You do NOT have to purchase the models that are selected for you

*Each Three Day Ticket allows you to purchase up to two Special Runs

*If you have more than one three day ticket, you are able to send a master list or a list of preferences for each ticket.

*When your time slot is ready, you will be able to log into that page on the website, receive an email, and be able to purchase the Special Runs that were chosen for you. You will NOT be able to change the models that were selected for you. You can check your time slot by logging into your account, going to your Account Details page, and scrolling down to where you see where you purchased your ticket.

*You have up to 24 hours to purchase your tickets.

 

Odd and Ends of Ticket Purchasing and Sales:

*The accounts that purchased the tickets are the only accounts that can participate

*If you do not have a ticket, you cannot purchase any models and have very limited access

*Tickets bought secondhand are NOT valid, only the account that purchased the tickets can access the events

*Tickets will NOT be mailed out

*International Participants will receive a bonus pack that includes: Travel Mug, Celtic Fling Tote, $10 coupon for BreyerFest swag, access to the Warehouse Grab Bags, and more!

*ALL TICKET HOLDERS HAVE ACCESS TO THE BREYER STORE AND THE FLING! POP UP SHOP MODELS, THIS INCLUDES THE STORE SPECIALS

*Models in the shops are replaced all weekend long. They might sell out one day, but will be restocked the next day

*If you were signed up for a workshop in 2020, you were sent an email to roll over your entry into the workshop to 2021. This MUST be returned by June 1st.

*All ticket holders, three day and single day, will have access to the virtual seminars and the Equus Film Festival.

 

International Participants:

*Work on the model must be done by the entrant and no one else, unless it is the tack and rider for the Performance Class

*You are only able to send four photos of your finished model and an optional in progress photo to the email address

*Top three potential finalists will be chosen on July 1st

*Judging will be Friday July 10th and winners will be announced on the Breyer Website

Diorama Contest:

*All entries must be made by the person that is submitting the entry, no exceptions

Differences Between The Models available at BreyerFest:

While we have an album that shows this in pictures, it will also be included here

*Special Runs are limited edition models that are created for the event, are only able to be purchased with a Special Run Ticket, and their names fit the event.

*Store Special Models are portrait models of horses that have been invited to BreyerFest and have their image made into model form

*Fling! Pop Up Store models are event themed models only. This is usually a Classic, a Plushie, a Crystal, and a Stablemate. They all are themed directly to the event with their colors and have names that pertain to the event.

*Warehouse Finds are models that are found in their warehouse or offices and are gathered up for BreyerFest. These models can be older Special Runs, Previous Club models, Prize models that were left over, and more. It can be a little bit of everything.

*Auction Models are one of a kind models that were either test runs, created for a certain event and never made it, or created to see if a color would work. These models are only available to Three Day Ticket holders and are usually very high priced.

*Silent Auction Models are models that are either painted by artists or even from Breyer themselves that are available to bid on during BreyerFest weekend

*Raffle Models are limited models that are only available during the different types of raffles, such as the Three Day Early Bird raffle, the Saturday Raffle, and the Sunday raffle.

Sold Out?!

For the first time since I have been following BreyerFest and having Road To BreyerFest, Three Day tickets gave sold out well before the event. There are still two months before BreyerFest is to take place virtually and more people than ever before have been able to buy tickets and attend. This pandemic has allowed so many people to take part of one of the greatest events for model horse collectors and Lovers. Single Day tickets are still available, but they do not offer the Celebration Horse or a Special Run ticket.

Special Run Information for 2020

Special Run Line: How It Will Work Virtually!

Welcome to another episode of Road To Breyerfest! Today, Breyer has released the information on how the Special Runs will work and I have seen some mixed emotions about it. I am here to help explain it and talk about it a bit. I do want to say thank you to Breyer. They do not deserve some of the hate and negativity that I have seen posted on the internet lately. BreyerFest could have been canceled completely, but they have been making this amazing virtual event that I cannot wait to attend! Also, I do want to let my viewers know that yes, we are a fan based information group, but we do get the information to you as soon as it is released and we explain it as well as we can in all of our social media platforms.

So the Special Runs, how will they work? Breyer announced today that all ticket sales for BreyerFest will be capped on May 31^st or when the inventory runs out, whichever comes first. This is a first for BreyerFest! With the virtual format of BreyerFest, everyone can attend now, even if there are some complaints. I feel that this will be the largest BreyerFest yet, even if we are not there at the Kentucky Horse Park. But this means that Breyer had to come up with a way to make the Special Run Lines more fair than just letting people jump online and purchase models willy nilly. Thanks to the Seattle Soiree event, they have come up with a plan that seems to work well with limited edition models and making it fair for all of those involved.

So let’s go into detail on how this will all work. Those that had participated in the Seattle event will have a little bit better understanding on how this will all work as it will be done in a similar fashion. Everyone that has purchased a three day ticket on their account will receive an email that will provide detailed instructions on how to select your model preferences. These preferences will need to be submitted no later than June 15^th.. These preferences do NOT guarantee which models that you will receive, but it will be taken into account. If you have more than one Three Day Ticket and you have selected more than one Special Run Time Slot, you will have the opportunity to enter these preferences for EACH one of the time slots that you have selected. This means that if you have a ticket for Friday and one for Sunday, you will be able to set your preferences for Friday and another set of preferences for Sunday.

Now, BreyerFest weekend has arrived and you want to know just what is going on! You will need to know what time slot that you have chosen. If you have chosen Friday at 10am, then you will log into the account that purchased your Three Day ticket and see which models have been selected for you to purchase. You then have up to 24 hours to purchase these models. There is NOT an option to switch models, however if you do not like the ones that have been selected for you, you do not have to purchase them. But this is how it is going to work. You will be given two random models from the selection that you will be able to purchase. This is only for the Special Runs, not the rest of the models that will be available during that weekend. You will also receive an email that your models are available to purchase and the models can stay in your cart for up to 24 hours while you complete the rest of your shopping, they do not have to be purchased separately. Each time slot has the same amount of models, just like at the normal BreyerFest. Those that have more than one ticket are not guaranteed to be able to get one of each model. Complete instructions on how to purchase these models will be outlined on the page to purchase these models.

The Surprise Horse has not been released and will likely not be released. You many know what it is come BreyerFest, but you will not know before hand. Breyer has expressed their wishes that they want to keep this a surprise and so what, we know that they have said that they will keep this until the first model arrives at someone’s house. Please do not show hate towards Breyer towards this as it is what they wanted and we can only share what they have posted.

Sales for 3-Day tickets will end on May 31, 2020 at 11:59 PM EDT or when inventory is sold out, whichever occurs first. 

• Ticket holders will still have the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) Special Runs; no purchase is required if you do not want the models selected for you.
• Ticket holders in each timeslot will be placed into a random order and models will be allocated to each ticket holder based on preferences submitted via an online form, which will be distributed via email the week of June 1, 2020.  This method worked extremely well to replicate the onsite shopping experience for our Seattle Soiree Breyer Boutique.
• Accounts that have purchased 3-Day tickets to BreyerFest will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to submit your model preferences for this year’s event. Preferences must be submitted by June 15, 2020 or preferences will be randomly assigned.
  • Submitting preferences does not guarantee which models you will receive. 
• If you have purchased multiple 3-Day tickets and have selected more than one Special Run time slot, you will have an opportunity to submit your model preferences for EACH Special Run timeslot you’ve purchased.
• During BreyerFest weekend, models will be released to ticket holders by timeslot.
  • Example – on Friday, July 10 at 10 AM EDT, ticket holders with Friday 10 am tickets can log into their accounts to see which models have been made available for them purchase. There will not be an option to select Special Run models other than the models you’ve been assigned.
  • All accounts will also receive an email notifying them that their models are available for purchase.
  • Complete information on making these purchases will be outlined on the Special Run Models buy page that you will have access to.
  • Purchases must be completed within 24 hours. 
  • Models can stay in your cart while you shop throughout the 24 hours; you do not need to check out your Special Runs separately from other items, like Store Specials, swag, or Fling! Shop models.
• As always, each shopping time is equal in terms of availability of models.
• Ticket holders with multiple tickets are not guaranteed to be able to purchase one of each kind of model.
  

Do I need to be online to shop live during my Special Run Time?  What time zone will this be in?

• Models will be released to the ticket holder by the timeslot you selected (following Eastern Daylight time) and purchases must be completed within 24 hours of your ticket time. See “How will the Special Run Line Work this Year” for more details.

Ticketing Questions
Will 3-Day ticket prices go up after early bird ends?

• Ticket prices will not be changing after the Early Bird period ends; however, the entry period for a chance to win the Early Bird Raffle model, Dyflin, concludes on April 30^th.
• 3-Day tickets will still be available for purchase after April 30, 2020, while supplies last.

Why do I need an adult ticket for an online event?

• Until this year, BreyerFest was always an onsite event at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY. Guests needed to purchase either an Adult or Child ticket for onsite admission and access to certain events. 
• Due to the fact that tickets sales were already well underway by time we were forced to make the difficult decision to transition the event to a virtual format, we decided to maintain the Adult and Child options and include additional BONUS BENEFITS for Adults.
• Benefits will be announced when they are confirmed, however, Adult ticket holders can look forward to a mix of free raffle tickets, coupons for savings during BreyerFest weekend, and a few other surprises!

What is included with my 3-Day ticket purchase?

• This year’s Celebration Model, Ballynoe Castle RM (a $50 value)
• One Special Run ticket that allows you to purchase up to 2 Special Run models

• Guests who purchase the 4-pack of Single-Day Stablemates models will receive:
  • Access to all three days of Virtual BreyerFest content, but will not have the same access to content that 3-Day ticket holders have (unless they are also 3-Day ticketholders).
  • One of EACH of this year’s Single-Day Stablemates models, plus a commemorative BreyerFest Celtic Fling magnet.

Is buying 4 Single-Day tickets the same as buying a 4-pack of tickets?

• The purchase of the 4-Pack grants you access to all three days of BreyerFest virtual content, but is not the same access as a 3-Day ticket holder (see “What’s included?” above) AND guarantees you one of each of this year’s Single-Day Stablemates models.
• The purchase of four individual tickets requires you to select the day of the weekend you would like to access – Friday, Saturday or Sunday – for each ticket (and can be different), but your Stablemates models will be selected randomly (you could receive multiples of a particular deco and none of another).

I ordered my tickets months ago.  When will I receive them?

• This year’s Virtual Celtic Fling will NOT have printed tickets.
• No tickets will be mailed or emailed out for this year’s event.

I bought a parking pass/Breyer Lounge ticket.  What will happen with these?

• All Parking Passes and Breyer Lounge tickets will be automatically refunded.
• If you do not see a refund for these ticket options on your account by May 8^th, please contact Breyer Customer Service at 1-800-413-3348 or breyerwebstore@reevesintl.com.

Can I purchase both 3-Day and Single-Day tickets?

• 3-Day ticket holders are welcome to purchase Single-Day tickets.
• However, 3-Day ticket holders who purchase Single-Day tickets will not increase their access to BreyerFest virtual content.

Does everyone in my family need a ticket to participate? 

• Access to the event is based on account status on BreyerHorses.com.
• Any account with a 3-Day ticket will have all-access to content and sales throughout the weekend.
• However, the number of models each account can purchase and the number of times they can enter a contest will be limited by the number of tickets the account has purchased.
  • For example – if BreyerFest@reevesintl.com purchased two 3-Day tickets, that account will be able to purchase up to 4 Special Runs and will receive two Celebration Horse models. Two members from that family can submit entries in the diorama contest.

What is the deadline to exchange/roll over/keep my tickets?

• The opportunity to refund or exchange/roll over tickets purchased prior to April 13, 2020 will expire on June 1, 2020. After that time we cannot accommodate any requests for ticket status changes. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.

I already ordered tickets for BreyerFest in Kentucky.  How do I get tickets for the virtual event?

• You already have them! All tickets that were purchased prior to April 13, 2020 have been automatically converted into tickets for the virtual event.
• All tickets purchased April 14, 2020 and beyond are tickets for the Virtual BreyerFest Celtic Fling.
• Tickets for this virtual event will not be mailed.

Can I participate if I don’t have a ticket?

• Non-ticket holders will have limited access to BreyerFest-specific content and NO access to limited edition product.
• Only 3-Day ticket holders will have access to this year’s BreyerFest Special Run models.
• All ticket holders will have access to this year’s BreyerFest Store Specials, Fling! Pop-up Souvenir Shop models, and exclusive BreyerFest swag, as well as some fun surprises we have planned for the BreyerFest virtual store.

Are tickets I purchased from a friend/on the secondary market valid?  

• Access to the virtual event is based on account ticket status on BreyerHorses.com.
• The account that purchased the tickets has the access. 
• Ticket status is not transferrable to another account.

Model Horse Questions
How will the Special Run Line work this year?

• We know you have lots of questions about this and we are still working on our plan. We will have more information soon!

When will the Surprise model be revealed?

• We love a good surprise so we will not be revealing the Surprise Model!

How can I buy this year’s Store Specials or Fling! Pop-Up Souvenir Shop Models?

• All Virtual Celtic Fling ticket holders (3-Day and Single-Day) will have access to purchase this year’s Store Special and Fling! Pop-Up Souvenir Shop models.
• Purchases on these items will be limited by account based on the ticket type you have. More information on this process will be released shortly. We appreciate your patience.
• Models will be added into inventory throughout the weekend, just like on-site BreyerFest, to allow for more opportunities for guests to purchase these items.
  • For example, if Benelli is sold out on Friday, more inventory will be added for Saturday morning, and so forth for Sunday.

Will Single-Day tickets/Stablemates be offered?

• Of course!
• Guests who purchase these tickets will have more limited access to the virtual BreyerFest content than a 3-Day ticket holder, but will still be able to purchase Store Special models and this year’s Fling! Pop-up Souvenir Shop models and swag.

Contests/Raffles
Will international participants be allowed to enter contests/raffles?

• Unfortunately not. BreyerFest Raffles, contests, and auctions are limited to US residents by law.
• International ticket holders who purchased Early Bird tickets are still eligible to receive the Early Bird Model, if they are selected.  

Will there be a Live Auction/Best Customs Contest/Diorama Contest?

BreyerFest Experience
What will this new, virtual BreyerFest Celtic Fling experience be like?

• BreyerFest Celtic Fling will be hosted online only – no activities are planned for or will take place at the Kentucky Horse Park.
• The event will still take place July 10-12, 2020 on BreyerHorses.com and on Breyer social media platforms.
• The event will be a combination of live and pre-recorded video and photo content and will include equine demonstrations, interviews with guest horse owners, artist demos, workshop tutorials, seminars, raffles, contests, access to exclusive BreyerFest models and swag, music and dance performances, an online vendor marketplace and Artisans’ Gallery, photo model horse shows, and more.

Will I need to sit in front of my computer all weekend to participate?

• BreyerFest will be broadcasting a mix of live and pre-recorded content all BreyerFest weekend long, but a schedule of events will be released in advance, so participants can determine when to join us.
• Content will be released on a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, BreyerHorses.com, and others.

Is the 5K still happening?

• Yes! The BreyerFest 5K has been transitioned into a virtual race (run on your own time, at home).
• If you’ve registered for the 5K, or would like to register, more information can be found here - https://runsignup.com/Race/KY/Lexington/BreyerFest5KRunWalk
• Finisher medals and bibs will be mailed to all registrants – we are encouraging guests to run the race on July 12^th and post their race selfies on Breyer Social media! (Kilts are encouraged!)
• For runners participating in the event on July 12^th, and who submit their times to 3Way Racing, Breyer will be awarding top prizes.
• A portion of the proceeds from 5K registrations will be donated to Old Friends, so please consider joining us to benefit this amazing equine charity.

How can I participate in a Workshop or Seminar?

• All 3-Day ticket holders will have access to this year’s virtual workshops at no additional charge.
  • A complete listing of workshops and necessary supplies will be released a couple of weeks before BreyerFest, allowing guests who wish to participate time to gather the needed materials.
  • All 3-Day ticket holders can access workshop content at any time during the weekend
  • Special live demos will take place throughout BreyerFest weekend with some of our instructors – a schedule for these live experiences will be released in advance of the event.
  • Workshops being offered as a part of the Virtual Celtic Fling are NOT the same workshops that were going to be offered on-site. The 2020 workshop schedule has been rolled over in its entirely to 2021.  Guests who purchased their BreyerFest workshops prior to April 13, 2020 are welcome to roll their current workshop registrations over to 2021 – an email with instructions was sent to all registrants.  The deadline for this is June 1, 2020.  After that date, any registrations that have not been rolled over will be automatically refunded.
• All ticket holders (3-Day and Single-Day) will have access to BreyerFest virtual seminars and the Equus Film Festival films. The schedule for these offerings and how to access them will be released in advance of the event.

I’m an international guest and can’t participate in the contests or raffles.  Can I have a partial refund for my ticket?

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer partial ticket refunds for international guests who are legally prohibited from participating in skill-based contests or raffles.
• The contests and raffles are fee-based/add-on items that are not included in the cost of a BreyerFest ticket. ALL BreyerFest guests will have access to all the BreyerFest ticket inclusions, which are outlined above in “What’s included with my ticket?”

Will Breyer be increasing their server capacity to accommodate the increased website traffic?

• We are confident in our website's ability to seamlessly blend the entertainment elements of BreyerFest with your weekend shopping plans. That said, we have taken extra precautions to ensure we will have a successful weekend!

How will I get my models and swag?

• All guests who purchase BreyerFest tickets will have their models and swag shipped to them.
  • Domestic – FREE shipping
  • Canada - $10 flat rate shipping
  • All other International - $25 flat rate shipping

Will all my purchases be shipped together?

• We will use the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods possible over the course of the event. We want to make sure all your purchases and event models arrive to you safely.
• International and Canadian customers: A shipping charge will be applied to each order that you check out. We recommend checking out as few times as possible to limit the number of times you are charged for shipping.

Other Questions
What will the theme for 2021 be?

• As always, the theme for the next year’s BreyerFest will be revealed on the Sunday afternoon of BreyerFest weekend.
• The dates for BreyerFest 2021 are July 16-18, with Thursday activities (Artisans’ Gallery, Swap Meet, and Breakables/Resin model horse shows) taking place on July 15, 2021.
